What can I say about this product? Let's start by talking about their customer service which I am very pleased with they went above and beyond for me. Cause my product got lost with no fault of them hahah my USPS fault but I contacted the owners roseskin telling them my product hasnt arrived to me but was delivered to a wrong address they were so professional and worked with me even offering to replace it for me which I felt so bad for it. But lucky it showed up after few days which I was so happy about. Excellent customer satisfaction. Thank you guys on that! And I cant comment on the product yet cause I recently just got it in couple weeks I will give update on it. If you want to purchase from them go ahead you in good hands I can promise you that!

They've asked me for a review although I've only used it for 3 weeks: no results whatsoever but I am not there yet to judge. Patience :) important warning they should give is to TEST the different intensity levels with a small area instead of "put it as high as you can tolerate": that was just terrible advice, because I noticed a leg full of burns after I finished and the next day. I'm still peeling off burn spots …

Extremely good, easy website design and up-to-date tracking management on parcels. I thought I'd wait months for a package but was pleasantly surprised after 3 weeks to get my order, and in great condition!

I've only used it once, and maybe it's my imagination, but I can already tell the hair on my legs is growing back slower than normal. My next treatment is today, so I'm excited to see where I'll be 12 weeks from now.

Even with the shipping being slightly delayed because of current events (which they stated after my order was processed so I'm grateful for the heads up), it shipped very quickly! I haven't tried it out yet but I plan to soon!

Persuasive advertising and I'll let you know if it's as good as it says. I really hope so, having spent hundreds of £££ on gizmos over the years but none were very effective. Not used it yet due to home renovations.

Purchase went through smoothly and I received my package in about two weeks. Product seems to work but slowly. It has many levels, start at the lowest and work your way up. I haven't been burnt so that's good. I have medium dark skin.

Delivery was as expected and response from customer service was fast. I don't think I can provide a review of the results yet as I haven't used it long enough but so far super easy to use and although there is some slight stinging it's not too bad.

I have recently purchased the laser hair removal handheld set. First of all, it came within a couple weeks which was pretty fast, considering the current pandemic. Only used it once quickly before work today, so have not seen results yet- but it's definitely super easy to use right off the bat and the device is very reasonably priced. I used to spend 150 a pop to do my whole face at a laser hair removal clinic. Hopefully I now start seeing results!

With the company, so far has been great. Item arrived as planner with no fuss. Though I am having issues with the device itself working, but have to wait a few weeks over weekly use before I can say for sure.

The delivery came just as the shipping note described. I have been using it for 2 weeks now, 4 uses. I haven't noticed a difference yet but the device is easy to use and looks nice. Excited to see results.

Got this device a month ago. It's been three weeks so I raised the power to four levels and it burned my entire leg. While it stung when I was using the device, I thought that was to be expected, but when the skin started burning a couple of minutes later, I switched down the power levels for the rest of my leg but the damage was already done. My leg is full of burn marks right now.

I have used it a couple of times but haven't seen any results yet and since buying it had found other devices with better features. I find the device gets quite warm fairly quickly and I can only do one leg at a time to let it cool down.

I've got not used the product twice now so as per right now no results.

However, the representative I have been emailing has made me love this company. Not only Canadian but felt like I was talking to someone who actually valued me as a customer!

Big impact on how I view the company, product and would definitely order more products from them base solely on customer service.

I just received it today and read all of the instructions. Tomorrow I will be gone my first treatment. I bought this for my husband as a birthday gift. I've had IPL laser treatments done at a local dermatologists clinic. I had fabulous regulars after only two visits and it very expensive.
I thought I'd give this a go for my husbands back hair, and other hairy places that he would like less hair. I'm hopeful it will work.

Delivery was fast even though I'm In Brazil. They were very nice throughout the delivery process also and and attentive! Also everything was super informative and easy to track too. I'm shopping internationally so it makes me insecure overall but definitely would buy with them again! Product received and it's beautiful! Really happy to try it :)

Only used it for two treatments so far but am seeing a difference in growth rate. Excited to continue use for final hair removal results.
I have tried for years many types of removal, this is great because I can use it from home and truly is working.

I received my laser hair remover a couple of weeks ago. I have been using it 2-3 times per week. I have been using for my facial hair, under arms, and bikini area.
It does seem like the hair growth in those areas has slowed, so I'm excited to see what happens after the full 6 six weeks.

I cannot review the IPL treatment yet as I just did a first session, but the delivery experience went smoothly, good job on that! Regarding the machine it's small and light weight, just what I was looking for in order to take it with me while traveling.

I loved having feedback all along the process. I've had things that have never shown up that I'd ordered online, but I had email confirmation the whole way including a personal email from this company. Haven't used the product yet but as far as customer service goes…I cannot fault it

I've only had it for about a week but I am hopeful it will work. It seems to be great quality and I noticed after one use, the hair was growing back slower. I am keeping my fingers crossed that after the recommended twelve weeks, I'll have the results I want. I have pale skin, so my darker hair is easily visible and makes me self conscious. It'll be nice to get rid of it. Also, when I had a question about shipping, they were quick to get back to me and that was nice.
