I received a return address from chat live... 371 Little Falls Rd #4 Cedar Grove N. J. 07009.

I made a mistake ordering from this company too! I will only try so hard to get a return address. Next step, I will just go to my credit card company and get them to remove the charge.

This company is a scam. I ordered a pair of shoes that were supposed to be Clark's. The shoes do not fit & I asked for a refund. They told me that they sent me the size I ordered but there is no size markings inside the shoes so I don't know what size they sent. They offered me a $5 refund on a $46 order or else if I wanted to return them I would have to pay for the shipping myself. If I had known they were a Chinese company I never would have ordered from them. Be warned DON'T DEAL with them.

This company is awful, I received things I didn't order, in the wrong size., I have taken their survey with no answer. I have emailed them several times for a return address to send back the things that they sent me that are too small no answer. I am sending them back to the address that's on the package that was sent to me. If I still don't get an answer I will get with my bank and see what they can do about the money that they got out of me.

I would like to return for a small size how do I do that

I order smalls items, and received all extra large. I did not receive all my items as well, and it took over three weeks to arrive. I did not know the company from China. I am looking to return these items and obtain a full refund. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Its a scam. I received my order (1 piece missing) and cannot get a refund especially when they don't provide company info. They offered me a 50% discount to keep the goods but now I'm extremely unhappy. Wish I saw these posts BEFORE I placed my order. Grrrrr!

Good Luck this company is awful I even threatened them with legal action but they don't care.

You would have to check their website online. It's somewhere in china.
