on 5/24/15I never returned the second batch of items because I never received them. I just went filed complaints through my credit card company and paypal and because they didn't respond within the allotted time (they knew they were dead wrong) I was reimbursed in full. They are con-artists.
I returned and order of clothing back to your address and was returned, how do I go about returning the items back at the correct address.
You'll have to "Open a Ticket" at their website and ask that question directly to Rosewe. Expect extended delays in their answers even if they say they'll gt back to you in a day. Also expect to pay a premium to send a package back to China. Our post office seems to have only high priced shipping to China (Priority Shipping) and no low cost Parcel Post (unlike China's shipping costs.) Lowest cost for a small to medium package I could get at USPS started at more than $20. So (and they seem to count on this) it often costs almost as much to return a package to China as you'll get back as a refund. Most folks either accept the crap merchandise or some few cents/dollar refund. Hope your experience is better than mine was.
They only gave me an address after about 8 emails, then they said they never got them, so I don't think the one I got is reliable. Sorry.
