on 5/16/17I ordered 4 items - not one of which was the correct size. I issued a complaint through PayPal. Lilligal offered to refund $23.00 on my original $73.74 purchase! I rejected the refund offer and escalated my claim with PayPal. I've seen similar sites and I think Lilligal is part of a large network of retail scammers from China. Beware of any merchant with the word 'gal' in their name.
I have gone through the process, it took quite a bit of effort-- taking a picture in the ill-fitting dress; opening two tickets, rejecting an offer of 50% back if I don't return, then 80% back if I don't return. But they gave me a local address in Maryland; it's a residence, and my sleuthing indicates its owned by two individuals with Chinese names. I'm keeping detailed records and have put the item in the mail, with tracking. I've done everything "Tina" has told me to do, so we'll see if I ever receive my refund. I've begun the process with PayPal as well. Not gonna let this go easily. The game is afoot!
