I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Do not order from here, after waiting over a month, I got my "plus size" XXXL items, all 3 were labeled that. I could not get 2 of that pantsuit items I got up past my calves and the shirt was way too small. I'm a size 18 and according to their chart, it should have fit me. My friend who is a size 10 or L tried them on and fit her perfectly. So now I'm having to fight with Rotita about getting a refund and returning the items. I've never had such a hard time with returning ANYTHING! They keep referring me to the size charts, which I did when I ordered the products (obviously). Their solution was to give me 20% off my next order. Huh? I told them that I clearly do not fit their clothing and would not be purchasing from them again. And if they made me get to the point of trying on the clothes and taking pictures of how they DONT fit, I would drag them through social media with those pics and false advertisement. All of the "great" customer service reviews on here are fake. Do not buy from here. I'm still waiting on a response from my last social media threat, but seriously, it should not have to get this far. Hope this helps :)

You were smart to read the reviews before... i didn't do that and i totally regret it! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! Go with your gut, you WILL regret it! You WON'T get your money back! And it WILL NOT look anything like the picture you see online!

Girl no! Take your money elsewhere! Maybe spend it on a shower curtain and wrap that around you, I'm sure it will be of better quality then these clothes!

I just received my items today from rotita and it is actually pretty funny. Nothing looked as the pictures displayed it to look, and I can't even wear any of the dresses outside. The material is thin and flimsy. Never again! I am not going to waste time trying to send it back. Don't waste your money. I am out of $100 dollars. Fool me once

I wouldn't order because the sizing is very small. An extra large is like a medium. Plus the quality is bad. It looks great in the photos but cheap materials. It takes weeks to arrive. Spend the money at Macy's on sale...

I received my order all the time. Buy one outfit that's small in price to see if you like it I was pleased with what I order. Remember get a size bigger and read what the material is made of.

I would STRONGLY advise not to order. The quality is TERRIBLE. Honestly I ordered size Large and some of the product woul not fit an 8 year old! And if you want to return it, the cost to shop back to CHINA and track the package will be almost the cost of your order. Order at your own risk!

I fortunately just received my order today after 3 weeks. Its because i put in a dispute with paypal. And it seems like after 3 weeks. I can honestly say the material is nice and it feel nice. But i wanted to tell you if you order use paypal in case they try slick stuff..

I've ordered a dress from this company and by the sounds of things I'm either not going to receive it or I'll receive a cheap looking rag! Either way I'll get pay pal to sort it out... Surely they can't keep this up for long. Maybe everyone should put complaints in about this company? Scammers comes to mind! I'll update again if and when I receive my dress!

DO NOT ORDER! It's trap to take your money. I've been going back and forth with them and I have not received my order or a refund. They claim they refunded me, which they did not. I just wish we could sue them! I want my $40.31 back!

I received my product very late and the quality of the clothing was terrible. I wear a women's Meduim and ordered a XL bc they said the clothes run small. Everything I ordered is to small it could fit a small child. I have been trying to get my money back and was told it would be a waste of my time to send it back with shipping cost and would only receive 60% of my money back. With that being said you will never talk with anyone you have to talk through email. I have asked multiple times on how to send my product back and no one will answer my question. So if you want to pay for terrible clothing that won't fit and you want be able to return it go ahead l. Iam beyond frustrated and hope no one buys from this site and what happened to me won't happen to you.

Do not order from them. I got a really ugly orange dress when I ordered a pretty off the shoulder red dress. Looked like a giant potato sack. I disputed the charge through PayPal and they offered me 5 bucks back and to keep dress, not okay. Luckily PayPal gave me my money back but the actual company was refusing to. After getting the dress I looked back at the reviews and found I'm definitely not the only one it's happened to, there was plenty more. Not a legit site at all. I get all mg clothes from Venus and they are awesome, just a size bigger so if you're a medium get a small.
