I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Do not order from here, after waiting over a month, I got my "plus size" XXXL items, all 3 were labeled that. I could not get 2 of that pantsuit items I got up past my calves and the shirt was way too small. I'm a size 18 and according to their chart, it should have fit me. My friend who is a size 10 or L tried them on and fit her perfectly. So now I'm having to fight with Rotita about getting a refund and returning the items. I've never had such a hard time with returning ANYTHING! They keep referring me to the size charts, which I did when I ordered the products (obviously). Their solution was to give me 20% off my next order. Huh? I told them that I clearly do not fit their clothing and would not be purchasing from them again. And if they made me get to the point of trying on the clothes and taking pictures of how they DONT fit, I would drag them through social media with those pics and false advertisement. All of the "great" customer service reviews on here are fake. Do not buy from here. I'm still waiting on a response from my last social media threat, but seriously, it should not have to get this far. Hope this helps :)

You were smart to read the reviews before... i didn't do that and i totally regret it! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! Go with your gut, you WILL regret it! You WON'T get your money back! And it WILL NOT look anything like the picture you see online!

Girl no! Take your money elsewhere! Maybe spend it on a shower curtain and wrap that around you, I'm sure it will be of better quality then these clothes!

After reading these responses you should have your answer. I'll just repeat what everyone else is saying DONT BUY from this company they are scammers! You will regret it.

No and every review you have read negatively about this site is true to the word and the good comments are fabricated by the site to combat all of us that got took to the cleaners by Rotita. Keep your hard earned money or shop local where you can see touch and try on.

I just received my items today from rotita and it is actually pretty funny. Nothing looked as the pictures displayed it to look, and I can't even wear any of the dresses outside. The material is thin and flimsy. Never again! I am not going to waste time trying to send it back. Don't waste your money. I am out of $100 dollars. Fool me once

I wouldn't order because the sizing is very small. An extra large is like a medium. Plus the quality is bad. It looks great in the photos but cheap materials. It takes weeks to arrive. Spend the money at Macy's on sale...

Def do not order! Thats all I'm gna say. Cheap isn't always better. Order from venus or yandy.

Don't be tempted or fooled by this fake site! It's a cheap scam Chinese company that is cheating online shoppers. They write their own positive reviews. All the real reviews are the 1 star reviews and remarks to NOT BUY! Don't purchase from Rotita... You'll regret it.
