We have been devoting to offer good products with low price, but it maybe up to your expectation. So you could return anything you want, under the condition it's in original condition. Postal service is a good way to return, and I suppose its not much expensive. After we get the return package, 100% refund will be issued.

I've never felt the burning need to report a complaint about a company until my dealings with this $#*! so called company! I've never ever been so boiling mad and like so many of you I just wanted to kick myself for even thinking anything on their cheap site would be quality. I paid $40 using PayPal maybe I'll look into getting a refund BUT I actually want to sue this company for fraud and misrepresentation EVERYTHING is cheap polyester despite the description clearly stating cotton! That's what set me off. All of their emails have made no damn sense so I stopped reading them but I did threaten to sue. We all need to get together for a class action lawsuit!
Hi. The clothes we ordered was missing letters and all and the sizes were not even close. I paid with my credit card which offers me 100% satisfaction so I started a claim and sent in all my correspondence from this company and now my credit card gave me back my money and is fighting the company. Can't believe this company gets away with this. They said if I wasn't happy I could give it to a friend. I wouldn't give this garbage to my worse enemy
Not sure how you paid, but PayPal helped me somewhat. Not perfect, but you now have to get back what you can. If you've paid by PayPal or credit card there should be a way to recoup your payment, if not at least some of it. I learned, as you the hard way, and I feel dumb, but hope others read these links and just DON'T GIVE THEM ANYTHING! I wish you well and hope your outcome is favourable.
I also think Facebook should be held accountable since they let this company advertise on there site. I was able to get my money back from my bank it's just sad that so many people are dissatisfied and people money is getting taken I don't care if it is $40 dollars it's our hard working money!
They use a California number and they only work during China daylight hours. It is the number, they have listed on their website, this is fraud and I'm very interested in a class action suit.
My bank gave me a refund, but said I had to return the merchandise, this mess isn't wOrth me paying 4 times the amount to return it. Once u receive the fabric, it's not going to what u see on the website, they r a mess.
I too received rubbish from this company, I put a claim through PayPal and I got my money back. The only way to contact them is via e-mail but they are useless in helping you. Your best bet is going through your credit card company and raise a dispute. This company should be shut down but they also operate under many different names: Rosegal, Sammi Dress and many more so beware everyone!
Ugh I thought the same thing. I couldn't afford a beautiful gown for my daughter and she seen this on on the site beautiful teal lacey with a train and it was not even sufficient enough to wear as a night gown. It was horrible color was ugly light mint green. I was told wish rose Rotita and a few others are all the same.
I ordered from them in November. I didn't receive my items til January & let me tell u the stuff was much cheaper versions of what I ordered. When I got pay pal involved is when they suddenly got in contact with me. I would never order another item from rotita. To top it off the only good reviews are from them. They get on this site & pretend 2 be customers who are so happy with them lol..
If you write a ticket complaining the will only provide excuses and tell you to be patient. The address it's sent Shangai but after paying for shipping to get it back its almost not worth it. (My jacket size was wrong they told me to take pictures and said I would be better off reselling it or giving it to a friend)
No... I tried AND I made a complaint with them they told me to wash it out. I also filed a claim with PayPal... Went through the whole process just to have my claim DENIED! Never once was I asked to upload pictures (which I have) or even given a upload link to do it. They BOTH are terrible and won't get another dollar out of me!
When I contacted the company they said I could return it if I was not happy but the postage to send back would have been ridic so I've kept and cut my losses. I'll maybe use what I ordered for the sequins and the fabric cos the sequins are really pretty, just badly put together and sizing, well, I don't think they know how to size a garment!
It won't make a difference. They will tell you to ship it back via tracked packaging and it will cost you much more than the actual cost of the items to mail back. My daughter and I purchased and to mail back the way they insist in order to get a refund was well over $100 to mail everything in my order back (6 items). The best thing to do is try and sell them to recoup your money and never buy from them again and let people know. They sell cheap quality merchandise. I paid for expediated shipping and it took 3 weeks to arrive as it take them 5 days to get the order ready. As I saId it's cheaper to sell the items, cut your losses then to try and mail it back. I have no idea how long it takes to get your $$ back because I doubt anyone will pay the postage of tracked shipping to them.
