This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.

Scam, but they didn't get me because I was persistent in demanding my full refund. It took weeks but I got everything back!

Scam. They scammed me for $207 in August and I have yet to get a refund.

Scam. Do not order from them they use unethical business practices and fake customer service.

We received the exact rug we saw online at a better price than other sites. When we had troubles getting wrinkles out, the customer service was prompt and accommodating and fair. We will certainly check there for our next rug.

It's legit. We're happy with our experience purchasing from them.

They are a legit company. But their moral code seems to have taken a nose dive in recent years. One of the agents hung up on me when she didn't want to deal with my problem. Literally hung up on me! Unfortune for her, I pay attention to names. I called right back and reported it. Not even sure they cared.

They will technically send you a rug but don't dare need customer service.
