Super easy! I had concerns about my design and wanted to see if they could reprint it in a larger font. I just reached out to the chatting service on their website, then received an email explaining my options within five minutes.

Well, it is easy to find the tollfree number. After that, in my experience, there is no customer service. No matter how often I call, it rings and rings and finally goes to a voicemail box. They are based in PA, eastern time, and all my calls were M-F within the 9-5 range. I cannot find anywhere on the site what the expected hours of operation are for customer service. Maybe they only work one hour a week and if you can't figure out when that is, too bad, leave a message.
