Very easy. I lost the tracking info they sent and just went to their web site snd did a contact us email. Next morning they had answered me and gave me updated tracking. I was impressed.
Fairly easy - they have live chat 7 days a week and they also have customer service 7 days a week by phone and email. They normally pickup after 2 or so rings and most of the reps are very knowledgeable when I speak with them.
