I hired SafePCFix to repair a virus issue with my computer. They came through for me in a time of need. I previously had taken the machine to Geek Squad, where they insisted my hard drive was bad and needed to be replaced. Instead, I good someones suggestion at called these guys.
Joe was my tech that answered my call and handled it from beginning to end. He pointed out that they try and stick you with the same tech you talk to, so as not to bounce you around from person to person. This is a relief to hear and I really dislike repeating myself. It saves time!
They fixed the machine in a matter of hours. All that was plauging my machine was a couple of viruses that they were able to remove and get me squared away. TO THINK! I almost bought a new computer too!
If you do decide to go with these guys, buy their security protection. I got a lifetime version and had it for 6 months so far, no issues.
Couldnt be a happier customer!

Ask for John or Joe, they both worked on my computer and did a great job.
As I am a business man, I have purchased numerous computers for my companys use. Myself and other employees use these computers. Typically, these computers are only used for work-related issues. Occasionally, we will have an employee use a computer during a break if necessary. On the other hand, these situations happen without my knowledge. Either way, somehow, an employee downloaded a virus onto one of my very expensive computers. The computer was malfunctioning and was unable to be used at all for any purpose, work or otherwise. As I have a limited number of work computers, and am on a budget, I was in the market for a tech company to fix it. I didnt want to wait in line for hours at a corporate place like Geek Squad in Best Buy. I wanted a quick fix with better customer service. I decided to go to SAFEPCFIX.COM of Orange County to repair my machine. They did an outstanding job. The work was done remotely, so I was not inconvenienced during the process at all, and was able to be fixed in under four hours. Had I gone somewhere else, it might have taken days! No one has had a single issue with the computer since, and it actually seems to be working better than before. SAFEPCFIX.COM even offered to install monitoring software and virus software to help prevent similar incidents in the future, and did so at a reasonable charge. Im very happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone in a similar situation.
Chris at Safepcfix.com saved the day. We had two office computers get hit with a virus and it started to corrupt our drop box files. Literally every file that we opened came back as corrupt and would not open. Every file, PDF's, word docs, excel docs, power points, our banking software and even our financial tracking software. Basically what had happened was the receptionist downloaded this infection onto her computer through an email that she received. It appeared to be a serious email about printing a FedEx label for a shipment of ours. As soon as she opened it, it took over the computer and started corrupting files. It didn't happen right away, but over a couple hours more and more files wouldn't open.
We called Chris, and he had us shut down the receptionist computer and disconnect it from the internet. We were able to back up the existing computers in case they infect and cause more issues with the other computers. We ended up only losing a few that caused a little extra down time.
Within about 5 hours, Chris had all of our computers up and running and verified everything was working correctly on the others. We definitely needed them to save the day for us. We also needed to upgrade our way outdated virus protection software, which we were able to do through these guys. Now, our office and our receptionist computer has a high security setting to prevent this type of thing from happening in the future. We did spend a pretty penny, as some of the other reviews have mentioned, but our company will go out of its way to support US Based business and try to provide jobs for Americans. Chris and his crew were a pleasure to work with and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hire these guys if you want to be taken care of and have the work done right the first time around.

I hired SafePC to cleanup my computer of a virus infection that I had inflicted. I had hired a company that specializes in online computer repair previous to them that had made the computer worse and caused more issues. After days of fighting with the previous company to get it repaired, I decided to search for someone to fix the problems caused.
SafePc repair got my call. Chris, answered my call right away. There were no extra buttons to press reach a human. The single most important part of this interaction was that the people I've spoken to at this company, speak English. And possibly even more importantly, they are all based in the United States, with English being their first language. This is important to me. Most other companies have a long list of junk to go through and click through before you reach a real person. This is not conducive to the experience of choosing a repair company and shelling over your hard earned money. And once you do get them on the phone, you may not be able to understand them.
Chris took my information, quoted a price (which was affordable in comparison to some other companies.) I immediately connected them to the computer in question. They informed me that the company I had hired previously had installed bad virus protection, and installed their software on my machine that allows them to access my computer. They wanted to get this stuff removed and remedied and see what other damage had been done.
From beginning to end it took about 15 minutes. Once they were connected (five minutes,) I was instructed that I could view the repair work if necessary, or that I could continue on with other things I had to do and that they would give me a call to go over the repairs once they were completed. I chose to do the later. No need to sit around and watch these guys. I felt comfortable with the process from the very beginning. It was an absolute fresh of breath air to find these guys who instilled confidence in me from the beginning.
It's been about 2 weeks since the repair has been completed and I have had zero issues. It actually runs faster than it did before and the other little problems I had been experiencing (audio cutting out, internet dropping the connection,) have disappeared altogether. Knock on wood.
If you're searching for someone to repair your computer correctly – and quickly for an affordable price – safepcfix.com is the right choice. These guys know their stuff, are trustworthy, and stand by their word. They will continue to receive my business.
Thank you, Anthony
