I ordered from this site last week even tho I didnt read any good reviews about it :( but I said to myself "its just $20 bucks that i would be losing but I could get lucky" Well, I ordered a pair of feet to my smart tv (base) that I threw away by mistake when moving lol. I received yesterday and it worked! I am a happy customer. Thank you guys
I order some parts for a washer and pay extra to be delivered in 2 days and it took this 5 days to get here, and wen it got here it wasn't even what I ordered, then I called them they had me waste my time for n other week after calling them 20 times a day made me go returned the items on my own time then it took them n other week to get my money back, it was just a terrible experience. Every single person I call was not helpful, I lost over 300$ and 3 weeks off my life dealing with this company, I talked to the manager and everyone and no one could help me to even get the part I needed, and they told me that they do not have a corporate number to call, like it's Samsung company how trashy can this company be, makes no sense.

Placed an order, 3 weeks later never received shipping email or order. Called 8 times left on hold for 30 minutes every time and sent 2 emails with no response. Horrible customer service, will not buy any Samsung products anymore since this is the only site with legit Samsung parts.
My god this company is terrible. Not only do they outsource their representatives (who can be hard to understand) but their organization is lackluster. After an hour or two of being hopped around to different representatives, you'll find yourself right where you started, with no clarification or direction as to where to go next. Each representative puts about 40% effort towards getting you what they think you need. I don't know how Samsung has made it this far with such terrible service. After paying ~$200 for shipping bolts for my washer and waiting over a month for them to arrive, I realize that they sent me different (Cheaper) parts than what I requested. Calling them was no help. So now I'm stuck with these parts that don't work on my washer and i'm $200 in the hole. Don't make the same mistake I made.

I'm very sorry I didn't read the reviews prior to ordering the circuit board for my fridge. I did priority overnight, 2 days later nothing was sent, 3 days later, I get a UPS tracking number and UPS says they still haven't received the package (which was said to be "In stock" when I purchased it). Several calls to customer service with twice being hung up on after they put me on hold to check my order without even getting my order number. Excuses that all supervisors are in the warehouse and can't come to the phone. It seems like a shady business.

Waited approximately 2 weeks for them just to ship parts which they had in stock. Then waited over a week before receiving them. I could have bought these parts anywhere for much cheaper and would have received them in 1/4 the time, plus they were not even packaged good. I will never buy anything from this company again to only wait a month to receive my order in poor condition. Samsung should better monitor companies like these who represent their products and give them a bad name.

After spending 100 plus on a new plastic jug for the inside of our fridge and including any freight charges we then get another bill saying we have to pay more for freight charges. The jug that arrived also leaks when pouring. A totally unacceptable waste of time and life dealing with these people. Not worth buying another Samsung product when their aftercare is so abysmal.
Unbelievably incompetent. The agents have no desire to complete your order. Their main goal is to get off the phone so they can provide horrible service to the next customer. Getting in touch with anyone is very difficult. They set up case numbers to review your request and tell you someone will get back to you but nobody does. Knowing that I have to deal with this company for replacement parts is a huge incentive to every buy a Samsung appliance again.
Bought ice maker for Samsung refrigerator. The part arrived with the tab broken. The ice maker also did not make ice when installed. I tried to return it using their website and was told I would be contacted within 1 day. I never was contacted.
I then initiated a refund with the credit card company for Samsung's sending me a broken, nonfunctional part. Samsung's response was that "I never even notified them of my problem." Thank goodness I saved their email acknowledging that I had indeed tried do get them to accept back their broken, nonfunctional part.
Not worth the headache! Just stay away from these people!
I purchased a needed part from Samsungparts.com for our refrigerator. At the time we were undergoing an extensive remodeling and our fridge was stored in the garage, but we planned on re-using it so we bought the part intending to install when the remodel was done. The fridge was damaged by the contractor and was no longer usable. It had been over 30 days since the order was placed. I contacted them explaining the situation and the fact that the part had never even been out of the box and they didn't care. There was no flexibility in their approach at all, so I'm stuck with a $110 part I can't use. The best thing that could happen to this company is for it to go bust. Horrible customer service. They would deserve it.
Representative was rude and condescending. Must be paid by how much they offend customer. Claim not to be Samsung, but rather J&J International, not responsible for incorrect descriptions on samsungparts.com, but they own and manager the website. I never leave reviews, but these people are horrible. Go elsewhere for parts.
Don't do business with them, get part number and order from ebay.I order part from this side and after I order status is will ship 2-5 business days. I will 5 business days, after all that wait time they change item to back order.
As Brendan M. Wrote in his review last year, I just encountered the very same issue. The return policy is on their website, and does state circuit boards are not included. Ultimately, it is my fault for not reading the return policy before making a purchase, but in fairness, who does that? Their policy on the non-return of circuitry (and other items) should be made clear at the time of purchase. I'm not sure why they don't accept circuitry in return, either. How hard is it to plug it in and see if it works, to determine whether to issue credit back to the customer. I will avoid this place in the future because of this policy.
I ordered a replacement Samsung speaker from them J & J International is the name of the company Samsung directs you too. Was to ship next business day from date of order received it 6 weeks later after being told every week call back next week. Speaker was damaged and now they want my speaker back without refunding my money. They are willing to hold my money though for 6 more weeks while another speaker comes from Korea! Do Not Order from these people
If there were a competition for bad customer service, these people would win. I tried to replace a Samsung TV remote by buying from them, after Samsung directed me to their website. They sent me a remote that did not not work. When I called, everyone I talked to kept forwarding me to somebody else, and then they hung up upon me. I tried this twice, with the same result. They are all liars or idiots. I ended up sending the useless remote back to them, but I had to pay the shipping. I ended up buying a remote that worked from somebody else. The people at Samsung do not care about their customers, just getting their money.
I needed a replacement part so I thought this was a legit source for Samsung parts. Too bad they're just a random third party company and have little to do with Samsung itself. It's been two weeks and they've yet to ship or respond to my emails.
Just purchased a new washer and dryer from Lowes last week and had it delivered on Sunday. After running my first load through the wash I realized one of the legs on the washing machine was broken. I looked up samsung replacement parts on the manufacturer website and they referred me to SamsungParts.com. This store has the most inflated, outrageous shipping and handling fees I have ever seen. The replacement leg for the washer is a small 3-4" piece of plastic that weighs a couple ounces and costs $1.85. The total to send the item to me was over $15 with a $9 shipping charge, $4 for handling fee and $1.07 in tax. I've never seen a $1.85 item cost $1.07 in tax. I hope to god I do not have to deal with this company again in the future.
I originally placed an order from samsung.com in early September. Still never received it so I contacted the company in November and had to place what they considered a "replacement order". As of November 24, I STILL have not received the part I ordered! I called and cancelled and found the part on amazon! Customer service stinks! Waiting for my refund which will take "5 to 7 business days!" Never again will I order from them!
I am usually tolerant of temporary setbacks in shipping or below-average customer service, but this company prompted me to write a scathing review (which I haven't done before). I ordered a part online and the Paypal transaction went through instantly. I was under the impression that the product would be shipped soon, but I was plagued with problems from the outset. I had to constantly call and email the company to get a status on the order- and their replies were largely inadequate. Eventually, I was told that the part they received was not in sellable condition and my order was cancelled, but this occurred almost 2 weeks after my order. I did get my money back, but not without a lot of effort on my end. Customer service was very poor in this case. I was referred to the manager of customer service, Charles, but never received a call back from him nor was I ever able to reach him on the phone. Please beware of this company- they need to get their act together!
Bought a brand new Samsung Refrigerator and could not get anyone to send filter. Called 1-800 - Samsung who told me to order on line at samsungparts.com but part never came. Called samsung 13 times in 2 days after waiting over two weeks for the filter. Samsung gave me various numbers to Factory Outlet who sent wrong filter and would not send new filters - [still waiting on refund]. Called back and samsung gave me J&J vendor who did not have a valid phone number. Called back samsung who told me that's all they could do and the phone number dropped several calls. Still have no filters. Terrible customer service. Do not buy any appliances--even new!

Worst company and service in a long time. I ordered 2 parts, and paid a HUGE premium for overnight Saturday delivery. The lamp came in broken (color wheel was fine). Ok, it happens, things break. But when I tried to contact customer service - nothing - no response AT ALL, EVER. After ordering another part from another website, I finally contacted Amex and got them involved. They finally called me. Gave me the run-around, and didn't want to refund any of the ridiculous shipping costs. When I protested, they offered 20% of shipping back. I told them that wasn't a fair offer, so she hung up on me. Draw your own conclusions, but I'd suggest you look elsewhere. Awful, awful service.
Absolutely do not order from this company. I ordered a part from this company and did not receive any confirmation that my order had been shipped. Naturally i thought the payment had not gone through or something else had gone wrong with the order so i placed another and set about contacting the company to check what was going on. 2 hours on the phone no response. It has been another 3 weeks since my second order. Terrible service and a broken company. Can't even find the energy to write this review because this company is not worth your time in the slightest. Don't bother trying to contact or even cancel your orders they will not come.

Easy for purchasing of the parts of mobile and i got fast delivery so overall it provide good quality and the back side of the mobile part is looking good and is nice.
I called Samsung to purchase a screw mount kit for a new 82" Q60R. They were little help and referred me to a parts affiliate, WHICH NEVER ANSWERED.
I like Samsung products as I never had any problems with the product. But to buy some screws and dpacers to mount it, they suck.
