on 6/15/10I tried to get a refund on the book/program which I paid $70 for but after calling a few numbers listed on the website for customer service each person that answered said they had no information about returning the book. They gave me another number to call which was the better customer service number. I called the second number given to me and the person who answered said they were not customer service and told me to call the original number. When I called back to the original number I was told there really was not any customer service; only people handling new sales. I asked to speak to Vivian Goldschmidt (the founder of the company) and they did not know who she was. Needless to say I could not get the book refunded even though they claim a full return of money spent if unhappy with the procuct. I am definitely unhappy with the product.
Has anyone asked for a refund for their proposed program?
