on 3/26/20Very slow contact response. I spent several hours communicating my issues to them. Was not provided an acceptable resolution so I just canceled my orders and won't buy from them again.
All you have to do is go to the very bottom of the landing page. You'll see a contact us option. You can use call or chat, those these days chat esp is backlogged.
