People generally dog on new writers there. Try going on Facebook and finding other new writers to test your work on and get feedback.

Yes. You can request for tips on grammar in the forums, and I promise you will get immediate answers. Or, you can simply post a story you have written, and have others critique. There is an option to tell others what edits you esp. Want. It really helps! :)
