I was on All Poetry for a while. The kind of feedback you get there is mostly short if you get anything at all. In my experience people at Scribophile leave much more detailed reviews.
I'd find a community of poets on Facebook etc. if you use scribo, you'd be reading 3 times what you write just to get feed back on your smaller pieces of work.
That really depends. There are poets on the site, but as somebody who writes poetry, I have personally found that it isn't very helpful. If you can network and get together a group of poets, it's cool. Unfortunately, the process of finding those who appreciate poetry is tedious.
I have received good critiques on poems, but I've also received many that begin with the caveat, "I hated poetry in high school, but I think you're cool so..." As somebody who is trying to improve my craft, it isn't very heartening to have my hard-earned critique spots taken up by people who view poetry as some sort of onanine endeavor to which they've been subjected to witness.
From the comments I've read from poets on the Scrib site, it is not the best place. You have to earn a lot of karma before posting and can only post one poem at a time. The forums are mediocre. The owner bans people arbitrarily, insults and harasses members, rules by terrorizing the members. Find a more welcoming community. It may not give you all the so called benefits, but you will feel more supported.
Poetry is welcomed here, of course. Feel free to post a couple of poems in one work for critique. There are also groups specifying on poetry, which you can join. Users in those groups will be more than happy to discuss your poems with you! :)
