Do not buy into the 100% money back guarantee. In my case, the ticket I purchased didn't have a barcode so it was worthless. I was chatting with them while I was stuck outside the game and they couldn't fix it. Even had to try to get the box office staff to help but they couldn't. So I requested refund from their virtually non existent customer service and can get nowhere. I think they just want you to give up and go away.
