Why don't SA verify the identity of the users. Most women's adverts are fake, Huge numbers of prostitutes and scammers. The scammers are good. Will tell you a long story sometimes over a few days always leading up to a request for money to be sent for sick son, mother, because of abuse etc. You name it.
If they would only verify I.D. this would be cut to a minimum

Sadly at of fake guys too. About 75%of the email i get are from scamners
