I have used Seniorleads for the past 5 months. I have been matched with 220 prospects within 10 miles of me. I have had 186 phone calls (some I have yet to connect with by phone). 5 of the prospects responded to the automated email or text message built into the system. Not all of the prospects are buyers or interested in meeting. I have had 16 face to face meetings resulting in 11 new clients (perhaps some of the others will also become clients in the future). Income generated to me is over 5 times my investment with Seniorleads. Would I recommend this service? It has worked for me. I will be travelling this summer but will reactivate my account when I return in September.

We handle everything in our office, everything from financial planning, investments, annuities, life insurance, etc. so I selected all 11 prospect types. This works out well because often, the prospects respond to the ad for life insurance and end up being more interested in the services we can provide for investing or the other way around. I am working on these leads with a colleague, and we have both captured new clients. I think there will be significant opportunities for cross-selling. While our main office prospecting method is seminars, getting these additional prospects from Seniorleads is an easy and inexpensive way to add additional clients.
I joined Seniorleads to meet more prospects for managed accounts. While not all prospects are good candidates, I have had 5 appointments in the last 2 months and 3 new clients. I am still working on the other 2. These new clients have provided an additional $800,000 of assets under management which equals recurring revenue of $8,000 annually. I am considering enlarging my area to increase my flow of prospects.

I initially set my radius to 10 miles and received about 2 new prospects a day which was perfect. After the first 20 prospects and one new client (hopefully more to follow from the first 20), I increased my radius to 20 miles to get more prospects. In my case, each new client is worth about $5,000 so I have no problem if I get one new client from every 20 prospects. It's working smoothly for me.
I started my account just before the holidays, about December 15. I was doubtful about the possibilities this time of year. But they made the point that since I pay for prospect responses, if no one responded to my ads, then it would not cost me. I was surprised that I was matched with prospects immediately. I have received on average, 2 per day and even on Christmas day. This is truly a 24/7 system. I even had a face-to-face meeting with the first prospect and signed papers for an account transfer that same day. Once the holiday season passes I suspect the results will be even better.
I have been using Seniorleads for 10 weeks. I have purchased now about 60 leads - cost $1200. My 5 new clients have generated several thousand in commissions and 2 of the clients will be annual fee clients. Sending their booklet is what make the system work well. Rather than just calling a lead, the lead has already made a request, I send the booklet, establish my credibility and then call. This simpler extra step makes all the difference in my opinion. I do take the extra step to print the booklet covers on my color printer so that it looks more professional. I have no complaints and the system has worked smoothly for me.
I hesitantly started my account at the beginning of summer thinking that adding clients would be a challenge. I was wrong. I got plenty of prospects from Seniorleads, a total of 78 over the summer. No one I talked to said anything about taking a vacation. I had 8 face to face meetings since June and 5 of those are now clients (1 more for certain). I will circle back with the others as I know not everyone bites on the first contact. If it continues, adding 2 new clients per month with be a very profitable outcome.
They do not fulfill their promises and will most definitely run your credit card up for 10 bogus "leads" a day, plus 179.00 and disappear. Could never get their rep back on the phone after I noticed 600.00 of charges and pending charges on my card. Didn't take long to realize they were crooks so I tried again to reach out via telephone and email to cancel. No response, finally had to contact my credit card company to prevent them from charging further. Considering being a lead plaintiff in a class action lawsuit against them. Anyone interested in joking in please free to contact me at *******@aol.com Use Senior Lead in subject title.
I started with Seniorleads and selected 4 types of leads. I was hesitant to
Select the general categories "retirees" and "pre-retirees" as I was unsure
If these people would have an interest for investing services. It turns out
That retirees has been the most fruitful category. The company-provided
Script worked really well to help steer the prospect to an appointment (so
Far, two appointments on zoom, one face-to-face).

Seniorleads asked if I would write a review so here is my experience. 38 leads last month. Two new clients (everything signed and $ received). Commission = $5800. From those 38, I expect to get another 2 clients but some people are fast and these people are s-l-o-w. Based on this limited experience I would say that the program has been an excellent addition to my business and will likely account for 20 to 30% of my income based on these few weeks. Personally, I would pay $100/lead if they would call and qualify the prospects first and then I only talk to the ones who are ready to buy. However, they do not offer that service and that's understandable.
Having used a previous lead service where it was difficult to get prospects on the phone, Seniorleads is working well as my connect rate on the first attempt is 85%. Two of the numbers were bad and Seniorleads replaced those leads. They also have a drip email system to contact these prospects and so far, one of the prospect has responded to me from one of the emails. I have set 2 meetings, had one of them which became a client. I am quite satisfied with what I see so far as this service should result in many new clients.
$10,000+ of commissions in 40 days. I have received 37 leads, had 4 appointments (2 more scheduled) and brought on 3 new clients. I have used several lead services and seniorleads does something very smart. Rather than sending me the lead and having me call the prospect, they provide a personalized booklet (my name, photo, etc) which I send the prospect before I call. This has made all the difference because the prospect knows me when I call. I am not a stranger.
I tried 2 other lead services in the past. Seniorleads is better because:
--it is an entire system. If you just get a lead and call the lead, that kind of lead is close to worthless. With Seniorleads, they have a booklet that you create with your photo and credentials and send before you call. So on every call so far, the prospect knew me and I was not a stranger
--training videos and 30 page guide explains the psychology of how to follow up with the lead -- contents are so much more advanced than anything I have seen before
I registered for a wide variety of prospect types as I have a diversified practice. Most of the prospects have had general concerns about planning for retirement or having financial security concerns in retirement. This type of prospect fits me well as I am able to do holistic planning and offer several products and services. I have had a few good meetings and one new client. I use a 3-meeting process so it takes longer to bring on a new client. The service interface is very well developed with a lot of included features like drip emails and text messaging. My expectations have been met and am satisfied with what has happened using Seniorleads.
I registered with Seniorleads in July. I have received 26 leads and have made contact with all but 3 of the prospects. I would rate the overall quality as good. Some of the people had no money but most of them have at least $250,000 available and one guy says he has $3 million liquid. The first couple calls I made I screwed up and then I read the document with the scripts. Once I started using the scripts, the calls went much better. My biggest challenge is not with Seniorleads but getting used to closing sales online without meeting the prospect. I come from a face-to-face sales background. I know it is possible to close business remotely as stockbrokers have been doing that for decades but it is just a new format for me.
Doing business in the first half of 2020 has been difficult and I am sure
That is the case for everyone. But it has helped a lot since I enrolled
With Seniorleads. My previous marketing depended on face to face meetings.
Now, the leads I get are from people who are Internet users and so, having
Internet meetings is easy because they are accustomed to doing activities
On-line. I have had at least six Zoom sessions of 30-60 minutes with the
Prospects I received. Three of those prospects have become clients. I stay
In contact with the other prospects and am certain I will have more Zoom
Sessions and convert more of the prospects to clients. My investment with
Seniorleads has been about $1,000 and earnings so far $8,000.
Thank you
My business really slowed down after January 1 and I don't know why. About
The middle of January, I started with Seniorleads. For the first 2 weeks,
There were a few leads and not much happened. Then, I started getting more
Leads (2-3/day) and for a week straight, I was able to book one appointment
Per day. That has resulted in 3 new clients. This new business has been a
Tremendous offset to the slowdown in my regular business. Even if I
Continue with 2-3 appointments per month, Seniorleads will have helped me
Retain my business volume at a very decent pace.

The best aspect of the seniorleads system is the booklets they provide.
Having the prospect get that before I call seems to make for a much better
First call and I think makes setting appointments easier. Also, their
Scripting about community service appointments is very good.
I focus on annuities and the leads have been in my ""sweet spot"" of people
That invest $50,000 to $100,000. These cases are easy to close and provide
Good compensation. If I had a magic wand, these prospects would always
Answer the first time I call. Sometimes, I need to call 2-4 times to get
The prospect on the phone. Once I do, then everything else has been smooth
And the prospects receptive.

I just completed my 4th week using Seniorleads. I have set 5 appointments. Closed 2 new clients. The only thing that can be improved is there is no exact way to set lead quantity. Lead flow is set by selecting a radius and lead types but there is no exact settings like 2 leads per day or 3 leads per day. After the first 2 weeks, that was not an issue but was a problem at first.
I offer annuities and life insurance. Most of the leads I have received have been for annuities, which is fine as those sales are faster and easier. The prospects I have received have been between age 58 and 74 which is perfect. I got my first text message response today from the built-in text messaging service. This is great as it eliminates the need to get everyone on a call. I have 2 appointments set for the week after Christmas and in the short time I have used the service, everything is as represented.
I had tried Facebook advertising on my own and wasted a lot of money and got nowhere. Somehow they make those ads work at Seniorleads as I have been getting a continuous flow of leads, about half from Facebook and half from their other sources. I wanted only long term care leads but their system required that I pick at least 2 lead types. I choose "retirees" as my 2nd lead type. The leads I get specifically for LTC have been right on the money--interested and serious about their concerns. The retiree leads have been more generally focused and I may not be able to steer them to LTC. However, the LTC leads alone are fine as I have closed 2 cases so far and if I only close 2 cases per month, this will be an excellent addition to my business.
When I first called to set a meeting their sales rep didn't call at the appropriate time, but then called a few hours later when I was in meetings. Daniel rushed to get me to sit down and speak with him, which I kind of felt sorry for him because he sounded like he was struggling so I figured I'd let him gather his thoughts. That was the end of any kindness on my part as Daniel started acting like a total sleaze bag and criticized anything and everything about myself as a professional. What was even more shocking was how he thought it was appropriate to do so. I finally had to cut him off and warn that he sounded worse than a used car salesman on the phone and to not act like such a prick when I simply wanted information. Daniel began to backpedal and explain that he just wanted to make sure I understood how their leads were so much better than everywhere else.
4 weeks later and about 25 leads in I have only had 3 people actually answer their phone and all of them denied ever filling out a form and immediately hung up.
(This is where SeniorLeads comes in and says, "but you didn't use the script!")
I did get to use "the script" with all 3 people and they were not impressed. Frankly, if you are going to falsify your leads at least admit to it.
In short, Senior Leads is about as legitimate as a Russian election. Don't count on any integrity on their part as you'll just be disappointed.
(If you still don't believe me please read their rebuttals on BBB. Their terrible English makes my kindergartener look like a Rhodes scholar.)
Please read other reviews here. It is unfortunate that some advisors and agents do not follow the program and then fail. No one should register for Seniorleads unless willing to follow the instructions:
1. Attend the initiation webinar (30 minutes)
2. Watch all of the training videos (total 1 hour 40 minutes)
3. Read the follow-up guide 1 hour
Additionally, do not expect every prospect to answer the phone on the first call. Believe it or not, these people have REAL LIVES and are not sitting by the phone waiting for your call. They may have more important things going on than to talk about annuities. So expect that some prospects, you will need to call a few times before they pick up. Understand what we do before you hire us because we cannot make people magically buy from you. This is what we do for you (8 minute-video) https://seniorleads.com/insurance-lead-generation/
Senior Leads used a salesman to sign me up and charge my credit card without allowing me to research their company. Their program sounds good, but it is not what they promise it to be. They asked me to set my radius for leads but immediately lowered to radius from 50 miles to 10 miles then to 9 miles and then to 6 miles. Be careful with this company.
Very sad when we have a dissatisfied customer. ANYONE can read our agreement and take as much time as they need. Full disclosure here https://seniorleads.com/agreement. We limit the area for marketing for new accounts. Based on our 22 years of experience, financial professionals do not want to be inundated with new prospects. So we limit all new accounts to targeting a radius of 300,000 population the first week before increasing that radius. This customer did not appreciate that and he wanted a radius that would have swamped him with leads and cost him a fortune. We would make more money letting our customers get flooded. But we don't do that.
