I ordered a Fathers Day Gift on 5/26. It is still in Fulfillment. I am very concerned, So I emailed 6/8 and 6/11 and called 6/8 and 6/11 and have not received a response. Very frustrated. I just want someone to respond to let me know when or if item is going to be sent. I understand the Covid situation, but, your company should have no issues answering an email.
I ordered a few items from Serenity Health. They arrived quickly which was great. One item, log grabber, seemed defective so I emailed CS as required per their return policy. I was asked if I though anything was wrong with the item which I did note in my message. It then took them 5 hours to get back to me a 2nd time telling me to destroy the item and they would credit the account used to purchase the item. The problem was I had already put the item in the mail as I was told to do in there original response to my message. I spent over $18 to do that and they told me they would not reimburse me since I was told to destroy the item.
I strongly RECOMMEND that you purchase items from a reliable and more customer oriented business. The item was defective, refund the customer the entire cost of the item + postage... lousy company!
Sent me a 1150. 00 fountain that fell apart after a year. How convenient. 1 year warranty.
