Boght two things from SGS, boot struts and a chainsaw. Delightede with both for delivery time, quality value and customer support seems my view more in line with majority

Bought a motorcycle lift table. Poor customer service from the point of ordering. I contacted them to confirm extra carriage to my area, paid the carriage, then later that day someone else in their admin team cancelled the order, with an email quoting "we don't deliver to your area"! Talk about a lack of internal comms...!
Lift finally arrived over a week later (NOT the service I paid for!) despite asking twice for courier contact details or tracking info and getting no response from SGS (a trend is forming here...)
Item quality is average - it's well enough built and sturdy, but little gripes like an adjustment bolt that keeps loosening off because someone decided the addition of a locknut was too expensive, ad says it has a removeable oil drain panel - it doesn't!, and the wheel clamp (moveable vice, from their chinese-translated documentation) has been manufactured incorrectly and does not clamp the front wheel evenly or safely.
It is the issue with a lack of response over the wheel clamp problem that has prompted me to leave reviews, I have now told them I will be reclaiming costs via my credit card company as the goods - as supplied - are unfit for purpose.

These people are a joke. Their sales and customer care service are non-existant.

Superb prices, products and service. That could be it.

Excellent quality products at reasonable prices, and a very good website, along with very quick delivery. SGS is now one of my go to places for tools!
