Hi SHEIN takes about 2 to 3 weeks if your from the uk or USA and Ive order a few things from and the clothes are amazing Im from the uk but if youre from any where else it might take longer

JUST DONT DO IT! Whatever shipping you choose, even if you want to pay for expedited they tack on 5-7 days of processing before it even gets sent out! They don't mention that until you pay then its a nightmare to cancel and get money back!

It usually takes 5-7 days from when my order is processed to receive my package. I honestly have no complaints when it comes to their shipping. They're rather quick and they're items are always as described. Absolutely no complaints. As with any online shopping that you do, you don't have the luxury to try the item on before you buy, so yes sometimes the sizing or quality may be a little different than expected but I wouldn't consider that to be deceiving. Honestly if just put your doubts aside and give SHEIN a try. You won't be disappointed!

DON'T PURCHASE WITH SHEINSIDE! WORST EXPERIENCE!

I'm Starting to get concerned! My cruise is about a week and a half away and my express shipping items I ordered haven't even been processed while my normal delivery items are already processed on the way! I was able to use the urge shipment button but I am not really sure what that does :/ is like when you poke someone on FB? I am trying not to be frustrated but this is why I ordered 3 weeks before my cruise so I guess I will continue to press the Urge to ship button? As far as the prices you can't beat them most items came to about $5.00 while the most expensive a jacket for my son was only $22. They were helpful when they were out of stock with. They let me pick items with up to a $3 price change. Other then 1 item I was really hoping to get it was an upgrade!

What does China flight departure mean
I ordered two package at the same time the first one I received but the second one says China flight departure

CCZ43931. This is my order number. I ordered my dress for my birthday which was on boxing day. Shein customer care said that she will place it on a rush for me to reach before christmas day 2018. Up to now I have not received my dress and my birthday party is tomorrow. I am not at all satisfied with this company. They do not have any phone numbers on the website which makes them look very fishy. I called directy service in Canada and the operator said that they do not have this company listed as a business and as such no telephone number is listed. I will like to get my dress please people. Be honest! Tricking people is not good!

I order on 11/6 and still haven't received my stuff!

Generally we need 5-7 business days for processing. And as we noted on our web, the processing time is not included in the delivery time.
