Been with Shipt for over 2 years, I am happy with it. I am a flexible person so substitution never bothered me. I think one of the reasons is that I only need basic and common stuffs. Shoppers are good at communication and delivery my orders as instructed. The price of Shipt is good compared to Instacart, just a membership free without no additional fees for each order.

I disputed all charges and my money was returned, the company had no documentation or proof that I had enrolled in there services.

The worst service I have ever experienced.
They cancel your order last minute on a regular basis right before a store closes. There is no notice even if the order was submitted 5-10 hours prior to the delivery window.
Their customer service is horrendous. The first person I spoke to i could Not understand no matter how much I tried. Then i was On hold for 20 minutes with a supervisor who spent 10 minutes placating me and then told me to call back to resolve the issue the next day.
It is by far the worst service I have ever used. Instacart and Amazon prime are amazing. DO NOT USE SHIPT!
On a recent shop to Publix, Shipt passed over my preferred shopper and gave my order to a new shopper. Even though my shopper was online when the order went out. Then, when I called to complain to customer service, they cancelled my account. Avoid this company due to deceptive advertising and poor customer service.
There were two occasions. One sevens days earlier. There shopper could find my house and didn't want to listen to my directions, so she took the $400 order back to the store and I had to wait for my refund to buy groceries again. I requested to have the order delivered between 4 and 5. The order was delivered at 12:30. I was at work. When I got home, all the produce and meats were spoiled. They did not do anything to help remedy the situation. They, then, told me that I had to return all the spoiled items to the store myself in order to get a refund. I did that. Then I cancelled my membership. They are awful. They do not care about making anything right when their employees are messing up. I used this company for the last two years and now I will be using instacart.

Drivers can become locked out of their app because customers ratings. My daughter got a 4.7 and was unable to work again. The email they sent her said permanent. It is kind of ridiculous that they don't let the drivers explain anything to the., they just go off a rating. Brother in law got locked out also because he delivered on an icy day. No one else was out. He was late to the customer and they gave him a bad rating, he lost his only form of employment because of his health. It's ridiculous. EVERYONE NEEDS TO QUIT USING THIS SERVICE, they treat their "employees" horrible.

Had to cancel my order again...guess no one wants to work hard (barely) at the Key West Shipt /Publix grocery store...Shopper had the (gaul) to tell me the Deli was closed at 5pm so I called and spoke with the Deli manager who said this was not the case...I asked for that shopper to never pick up my order again...Next! Hoping to get a better shopper but had to take the time to cancell and reorder...
The pay is poor, I can never get a shopper as a customer and they've taken free memberships from all of their previous shoppers which was supposed to be provided as long as shipt was running. Company must be going under.
The package was attempted to be delivered on Sunday rather than Monday. The delivery location was to a UPS store P.O. Box. The store was closed and the driver was informed when he text me that the location was closed. He told me it was my problem and the package was left. So if that is true at best case he left a package outside a closed UPS store in the middle of a shopping center which was completely illogical. At worst case he stole my package. I will avoid anything delivered by the company, and stop ordering from any businesses using them to deliver.

I ordered a few Christmas gifts for my son and double-checked that they were in stock at my local Target. What I received did not resemble anything that I ordered, and the items cost quite a bit more. I thought the shopper had mixed up my order with someone else's, but learned that he thought they were suitable replacements (they were not). Other items were completely missing from my order. I shouldn't be charged a delivery fee when I can't keep anything in my order, on top of having to spend extra time on returning each item. I don't think I will use this "service" again.

Shipt sucks! I ordered from Shipt through Weis and they delay my order all the time. Is it so $#*!ing hard to pick up 5 cases of water and a case of soda? I don't understand why it's so difficult. There's always an excuse when I call Shipt customer service and don't know what's the big deal. I don't have a car if I did I'll get my own $#*!ing order. So get my $#*!ing order Shipt and stop messing up. Don't be so lazy.

I never received my order and the non English lady I had to deal with was completely incompetent! She put me on 4 times. And kept giving excuses to put me back on hold. Finally I hung up on her after 20 minutes of nonsense
I was a shipt shopper for 8 years, maintained a 4.89 rating. I worked my butt off this holiday season to ensure customers had their orders fully fulfilled. 2 days ago I was deactivated for no reason at all. They sent me an email saying I violated the contract, but they couldn't send me a specific reason. I delivered in bad weather so many times I lost count, I have 100's of preferred members and just bam deactivated. Other people have said if you make too much money with them they will fire you. Really sucks because I loved my job and my customers. Now I'm stuck jobless and struggling and without a real reason. Be careful if you decide to work with shipt. They are heartless and do not care about their shoppers!
Revived credits over a period f time due to shopper errors. Then received an email stating credits were excessive & they will not provide credits in future. Did I give myself credits. Nope! Is this even legal? Their shoppers are not trained well.
Their drivers are clearly the laziest drivers around. Anytime I've had something being picked up by shipt, the "shopper" cancels it and I end up getting regular delivery. It's a complete waste of time.
This company is incompetent from top to bottom! They offer 2-hour delivery windows that their Shoppers can never honor. Their customer service department never seems to know what they're doing or what you're talking about. I once was missing a $4 item and the customer service agent almost credited back my entire order of $68 before I stopped him. I've had their Shoppers be openly rude I'm more than one occasion I was offered a credit of $30 for a completely messed up order to find I only had a $20 Credit in my account so, so not only are they incompetent they are dishonest.

We have one shopper in our area that is great, but one girl selects my order, doesn't send the intro text, and then dumps it after an hour. I've contacted Shipt about this several times and they say she has to complete an order and then I have to give her a bad rating to not permit her to select my orders anymore. I live in a small community so I'm sure it's the same person that does this.
The bad part is that they won't block her otherwise. All this after she said she was going to shop my order. She immediately dumped it and the Shipt customer service disconnected. I had to contact them again

By far the worst company As a delivery service I have used to make a extra living for my family. Last few days im off i do a few hours to make extra funds to pay a few extra bills. I completed 11 orders and did not receive not one tip from customers. Boo hoo what a pathetic out come! I should not have to wait for customers tips! Im going to stick with Instacart! Everytime i call I get a different story. By far the worst company ever!
After I unpacked the groceries, I realized I was missing an item. It wasn't expensive but I wanted to use it for lunch I was making for friends. When I opened the app to check the receipt, what I learned was much more important. The receipt noted a substitution had been made for chicken breasts. The chicken I ordered was $2.39 / lb. The receipt noted the substitution was $4.39/lb. After closer examination, I noticed the label on the package was $2.39 /lb not $4.39. The label said the pkg of chicken cost $13.65. Shipt charged me $23.27. And, the over charges didn't stop there. When I finished reviewing the store's price vs what Shipt charged, the difference exceeded $50. As a consumer, I shop sales, deals and bargains to stay within a very tight budget. If I need to double-check whether a delivery service is padding the receipt, my next step is to reach out to the government agency in Washington to report the issue and the store that chooses it as a delivery partner. This was only my second delivery from Shipt. It was also my last.

The culture is unreasonable. You must deliver furniture, space heaters, etc in a projected 1 hour time frame. We are not a moving company. Kelly Caruso is a terrible CEO and promotes intolerance and unrealistic expectations. Customer fraud for missing items with proof of delivery is not addressed. Email "support" is the only contact method with no response. Must maintain 4.7 ratings or deactivation but platform cannot keep over 4.0 elsewhere. Pay does not include travel time to order pickup. "Rating Forgiveness" is a joke and seems to be automated and arbitrary. Data usage is gigabytes per hour and crashes constantly.

I had a Shipt account for my elderly mother. She no longer needs the account. I have tried to cancel this account 4 times online. I was repeately told to call them. I kept receiving a monthly charge for the account even though I requested to cancel the membership. I DID call and got a live chat who sent me to someone, who sent me to someone else. They actually questioned my reason for cancelling. Well... gee, Mom died. OKAY!?

I thought my bill was high, then went through the entire bill…virtually every item was marked up 30% or more! They say you frequently pay an extra $5 on a $35 order…try more like $10-15!
That means an extra $30 or so PLUS extra sales tax PLUS the tip PLUS their membership! Buyer beware! I will be notifying our Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau.

They are a terrible company, they take advantage of their customers by overcharging and won't refund you unless you complain, upon complaint they apologize and tell you that they have issued a refund but they really have not until you complain again. That kind of business practice is dishonest and I will never shop with them again

Bought something from best buy and it was shipped by them wasn't at home for sigma told the driver to make the order as a pickup from the store instead the idiot made the order as a return saying I don't want the product fro him to be paid extra
