on 10/26/15Philippines / India / Mexico. I spent 3.5 hours talking to and being hung-up on by calling the "help: Customer Service number", only to be hung up on twice. Refused to fix my order, (that shop.nhl.com), said to call in regards to correcting or modifying my order (they refused to do so. Clearly (twice), a Philippino answered, claiming they were in Canada. As a broadcast journalist with linguistic training, I was being LIED TO! As the conversation continued with Habeeb in the Philippines, he was extremely rude, disrespectful and useless when it came to fixing a SECOND order of $600 USD. In utterly SICKENED BY shop.nhl.com ‘s service. GO TO YOUR LOCAL ARENA OR AUTHENTIC DEALER TO ORDER! I've NEVER been treated like this in my lifetime.
