I used it to buy maternity clothes 2 weeks after I ordered, I have not received anything. Unable to get in touch with anyone regarding this order. My advice cancel if website states they use them. Also dispute charges, that way they will learn to improve their customer care.

I posted an order there because manufacturer site used them as official retail and ended up re-ordering elsewhere after over 2 weeks.
Short story is that over two weeks after my order was submitted (and over a week after it was charged) it had status 'shipping soon' at the website.
I contacted support and shipper via the website 3 times and only once got a non-informative reply like 'let me see and get back to you' without any follow-up.
The ironic part is that the item arrived when I no longer needed it, so I have to return at my own cost and, I guess, proceed with the transaction dispute.

I made an online purchase from Thule, which uses Kibo to process orders. 2 of 5 items ordered online were never delivered. Contacted Kibo customer support; they never responded and even closed the support ticket after a few days, with no resolution. Neither a refund nor the parts arriving! It has now been a month since the order, with no resolution in sight.

I ordered a product and it has been declined twice for unknown reason. Good thing on my third try of purchasing the product it went through. It is stated the order status that it will be shipping soon. I called the customer service to verify when exactly are they going to ship the product and I was informed that it will take 3-4 business days. On top of that they don't give a definite answer on how long will it takes for the product to arrive. My frustration comes with them charging me a shipping fee of roughly 5 dollars and comparing that to other sites like Amazon will guarantee my a two day shipping for the same amount of shipping fee. This is the last time I'm going to purchase any products from them. Their customer service support isn't much help at all.
I was purchasing these items as a Christmas gift for my husband. The site was well laid out and easy to navigate. I appreciated the notification through email when the items shipped. Overall, I'd say I'm very satisfied with my experience. Thanks.
I have used Shopatron 2 or 3 times the past year for soccer gear for my son, each time everything has went extremely well. The equipment arrives on time, as ordered, no damage, billed correctly, tracking info provided, etc. Highly recommended...

I ordered a disposal (insinkerator) 7 days ago. I was told it would arrive within 5 to 7 days. It has not even shipped. I have written five times and never received a reply. I have tried calling and been on hold for 20 minutes three times. Nobody ever picks up. It's impossible to do business with this company and the service sucks.
Probably the wort online purchase to date. Painful, no notification, no idea if the order went through. No confirmation email, no text, card still has not been charged but I did the site's order confirmation. Tried logging back in got locked out. Got temporary password, didn't work. MAJOR PITA
Ordered through dolphinswimwear.com. Could not talk to an actual human about shipping. I ordered a suit that was shipped from an hour and half away from my home and it took six days to arrive. I received an email saying it shipped Tuesday and in fact it didn't ship until Thursday evening. I wanted to return the item and got the run around on that also. Terrible, terrible experience and zero customer service.

The part I ordered from MSD ignition arrived the next day without having to pay for priority shipping. The site was very easy to navigate, quick and responsive. I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend them to others.
I returned an item. Never got a refund. I changed my visa card cause my tap stopped working. I explained this to them and they said it was refunded to old card. And won't change it. They don't listen. Don't order anything from this place. It's a headache!

Kibo declined my order twice for no reason at all. After I used a different email, it was approved, and I still waiting for over a week for my refund, since the order arrived late I had to returned, because it was for Bday present.
I use UPS for a prompted delivery back to them and they still haven't given my refund yet.
Terrible company. Upset customer. Will never use them again.

Sorry to leave this terrible review, but I had no idea I was dealing with a middle man company! This is one extra entity to deal with and one more way that things can (and in my case. Has) gone wrong. My order for an expensive desk accessory was placed on 11/19/2014 09:26:54 EST.
As far as the shopatron site is concerned my item is shipped. As far the usps service is concerned they have been electronically contacted by no item has been shipped or received. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE here?
I have paid and been charged for my item which was due to arrive in 2 days yet it is 5 days later and I dont even have a clue where my item is.
This is not ideal and I'd avoid this service if you can.
Customer service is a joke. You email and they do not reply. You call and you spend hours waiting on the line, only to be connected with an agent who does not know how to resolve your issue. Then you repeat the process over, and over, and over again.
Perpetual loop on tracking site with no information - retailer simply says speak to Kibo - they have no customer support and items all more than double the delivery time late.

After finally getting thru after 1.5 hours customer service agent yelled at me and hung up. Warning, Never Use The Home Hardware online shopping website. Home Depot all the way!
