I shopped for a Jacket on Dec 26th to ship to Mexico and got it by Jan 4th with no incidents, everything was perfect, and I loved the product and the service overall. I didn't need to contact them, make any returns, etc. so I can't review based on those needs.

“Scam on listing popular items on low prices”

Don't waste your time trying to order from Shopbop—it's a complete scam. This nightmare began when I chose some clothes and asked my brother to place the order. On the delivery day, he found he was locked out of his account. Customer support coldly informed him he was permanently banned from the system, without offering any explanation. Then, I asked my brother's girlfriend to place an order, but the same thing happened to her. Desperate and determined, I traveled to the city to place the order myself over the phone with an operator. An hour later, my order was canceled, and my account was blocked. Their heartless email read, "Thanks for ordering with us. Unfortunately, after our initial review of your account, we have opted not to proceed with the transaction." This is blatant trolling and a scam. It's disgraceful that Amazon owns this fraudulent company.

I recently purchased a Louis Vuitton bag from Shopbop, an Amazon company. I paid $1500 for the What Goes Around Comes Around bag. Given the price and the company's reputation, I expected an authentic, high-quality product. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of appalling.

Upon receiving the bag, I immediately noticed several issues. The leather had visible rips and tears, and glue marks were evident in multiple places. The quality was far from what one would expect from a genuine Louis Vuitton item. After closer inspection, it became clear that the bag was a fake.

The fact that a reputable platform like Shopbop would sell counterfeit products is incredibly disappointing. I feel deceived and am highly dissatisfied with this purchase. The tracking number they provided can't be tracked. Shopbop is an Amazon affiliate of which I'm a prime member. I logged in using my prime account and still I couldn't track my package. The package was supposed to arrive on 31st may 2024, I called their customer care line and the rep couldn't track my package either but she assured me that I will get my refund after 24 hours if the package is not delivered. So i waited. Tried to track it again and it was in the same place it was placed. No movement. On the 1st of June they delivered…and it's exactly what ordered. Would I recommend it, nah….

Extremely poor customer service. Terrible shipping courier. The tracking information hasn't been updated for 5 days. It's been 15 days but I have no idea where my package is.

Hi - do not shop at shopbop. Simply use it to browse. Twice now they have sent me CHEAP 50 dollar jewelry when I've ordered close to 900 dollar pieces. They do this because they Count on people not going through the hassle of returning. Also it's owned by amazon - that explains why it's so $#*!ty. I've attached the crappy bracelet that was literally fifty dollars on their website versus what they advertised. I don't think fine jewelers work w them.

Do NOT shop here. Simply browse and order it from the retailer or anywhere else!

I ordered a pair of shoes that I need for a certain date so I paid for express shipping, it said they would arrive in 1-2 days but when I went to track my package it said "package is returning to seller because of customs issue" and they are now going to be coming a month later. The timing is extremely inconvenient and I don't understand why I didn't get an email or message about the delay. I also think its really stupid how you can't cancel your order and also how the customer service number doesn't work in Australia, when I tried to do a live chat it didn't work even though it was between the right times. I strongly advise to never buy from this website because it is completely unprofessional.

I've done business with shopbop for many years without problems, but this past year I've had terrible customer service! I recently placed two orders for several hundred dollars, after having to return 2 items because of fit issues, not their fault, I sent them back. The return process has gone on with no refund for over a month now! I have called many times and different people make different excuses, even blaming the post office! The tracking information says it was received by shopbop weeks ago and they say no! Crazy! I heard today it may take ten more business days for my credit! Totally unacceptable!

After reading some bad reviews online I was quite worried about my order but all was fine. I can't believe that my beautiful designer handbag arrived in less than 2 days to the UK. I paid customs duty up front so there were no nasty surprises. Delivery was by DHL and all went smoothly. I will definitely shop at Shopbop again.

For moral reasons I'm one of those people who boycotts Amaz*n and haven't bought anything from them in like a decade because of their awful labor practices. Despite this, even though I think Shopbop is technically owned by Amaz*n, I can't keep myself away. Their selection is always top quality stuff, and if you wait long enough and keep checking back you can get these gorgeous designer items for a fraction of their original price as they're always having really great sales.

Good selection of designer brands and accessories. Their returns tracking process is improved, shipping one business day in USA and worldwide 3 days. Excellent customers service, easy returns, fast refund.

My girl loves this site. They do have some fresh threads, but some of it can get expensive. Like, $495 for track pants. Yes, they're cashmere, but who works out in cashmere? But on the flip, there are regular priced clothes as well. So there is a variety to say the least.

Not necessarily Shopbop's fault but got sent a shirt that reeked so strongly of perfume and or deodorant as if it had been worn for a day and then returned. Come on people, do better. I'm usually not bothered by smells but this smell turned my stomach so much I was practically hanging over the toilet bowl. If you buy something, DON'T wear it for every day life and then return it.

Ordered a gorgeous alice + olivia jacket and was super excited about getting it because they had been sold out of my size for awhile. I guess I should have known the only reason it would come back in stock was because someone else had returned as defective... thought I was getting a great deal since it was almost $100 less than at bloomingdales. I guess you get what you pay for.

On the plus side, it arrived EARLY which is awesome. Will see about the refund process. I just dropped it off at the post office today

They take absolutely forever to deliver products to you. While the app will say it has been delivered, when it hasn't even if you pay for a speedy-delivery. It's been over a month and still haven't got delivery for something that was supposed to come in 5 days.
The service is definitely, not worth the premium price pays for their website

I received my order in 16 days, they used to ship on the same day and arrive within 3-4 days. My dress came without the matching waist belt. I contacted them, they said that it was unfortunate, there was nothing that they could do and blamed that my order might be tampered. They couldn't re-send or compensate for the missing piece. Do note that they state no refund and no exchange on sale items because some of the items have missing pieces! I have been buying from ShopBop for many years, their customer and shipping service went from 5 stars to no star. I won't be ordering from them again. Buy at your own risk!

Tip for consumers:
You might want to think twice before shopping at ShopBop. Shipping is too slow and they don't guarantee to refund for sale items even when there are missing pieces.

The clothes they sell here are super expensive, and not good looking either. I don't know if they were taken over by another company, but I rarely go on there website to shop anymore. I can never really find anything I like. Also, on a return, they now take longer than usual for a refund. I also don't want to shop. Where they are now supporting organizations I don't support. I believe All Lives Matter! God is the Creator of All lives. The fact there are despicable evil people out here, that commit horrendous crime against a particular race, is not a reason to lump all people together in that category.

They use abusive fees and if you point it out with customer service they will answer only the same standard information. I am now 1 months trying to find a solution for an returned item and I still didn't get my 179 Dollars back. They are awful. They asked me to pay 40 Dollars to send it back and on top they just refund me 60 Dollars from the initial 179 Dollars. Why? They cannot say and they are not willing to communicate, each email is just a standard text with a link to their term and conditions which do not have an answer to the problem.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy here, there is a bunch of other online stores that are more serious, for example Revolve or Nordstrom

First time ordering from Shopbop and it will be my last. Ordered a pair of jeans that didn't work out. I placed them in the mail on 2. 4. 19 for return/refund. It is now 2. 13. 19 and they are still in transit! I called customer service and they said it takes 1-2 weeks for them to receive the return then another 7-10 business days to process the refund then it will depend on my bank when I actually see the money in my account!

I used their enclosed shipping label to make a return. By using Shopbop return label it took 4 weeks to arrive back to them. They claimed the package was empty. Instead of taking any responsibility as a business they will first accuse the customer. Their customer service representative (Tina) made the assumption the item for return was "accidentally omitted" from the return package sent. Obviously either the item was lost in the mail, stolen in the mail, or stolen by their own employees. They cannot be trusted... please stay away from this shady online company!

I recommend shopping online with REVOLVE.com for better prices on the same or similar inventory and a fair return policy.

I honestly looked at all the reviews before shopping at shop bop. I spent about 250 dollars worth of stuff, I regret buying. The clothes were from Vietnam and the quality was horrible, something that looked like an untrained tailor made from scratch. Beware, this online shop is not worth shopping on, what you see is not what you get and returns are too expensive.

Stay the hell away from anything dealing with Shopbop

Basically, I was told by the shop, Bob representative that once I buy an item it is my responsibility to go on the Internet and research the care of the product… Even though the product did not come with any type of unusual directions in the box.

Hello, I bought the Layla black and white shoe pictured below. I bought it from Amazon around January 15. I've worn them four times and I love them! I love them so much I bought a golden white pair from the Edelman website. Last week I decided to wash the black-and-white. Washed in a bucket with just some water and mild detergent. The dye from the black suede faded all over the white. I was shocked! I did a little bit more investigation, and I read reviews on several sites and many people who bought the black suede or the green suede has the same experience as me. I contacted Amazon… The date that I wash the shoes was about 15 days past the 30 day warranty. I was not aware of this and I actually thought since this seems to be a defect that some type of conversation would be done… Either refund or another pair… Maybe with leather trim instead of suede trim. But nope here I am out of more than $100… Only had the shoes for less than two months.

I am asking that the Sam Edelman company do something to help me. The people at Amazon said that I as a consumer once I buy something it is my responsibility to research the Sam Edelman website to find out the proper care. There was nothing in the box that said anything about Spraying the black suede with the protectant blah blah blah… I have lots of athletic shoes I've bought at Nordstrom's and Adidas and Nike… And I have never ever had this to happen before.

As a senior citizen on a fixed income… This is really disappointing to me.

Tip for consumers:
I can’t believe that they expect anybody to go search out the manufacturer of the shoe… Look at their website and learn about the care of a pair of athletic shoes. Why were the instructions not in the box.

Placed my order over 3 weeks still not yet ship out, and it took the cs to respond my email over a week, it is ridiculously slow this year! Now my goods are still waiting at the warehouse and no idea when will arrive!

So I was calling customer service regarding to my returned order status, considering the returned package was already received by their warehouse two days ago. So the agent I spoke with called herself Alvara (not sure if she provide me her true name) was very combative and abrasive. Not only was she not being helpful but she was arguing with me the whole time, she insulted me, she almost attack me instead of helping me as a customer, rather than help me to solve the problem... Last word, don't use their prepaid shipping label for return as it will takes years to be delivered!

If you are a buyer from the UK or overseas, you will NOT be getting a full refund. I had to return an item as it was too small. They will only refund for cost of the item and not include any VAT/Customs paid. Usually in the UK, businesses will refund in full, including the VAT. ShopBop do not, so not normal business practices.

My parcel also did not include any customs paperwork so you cannot check exactly how much fees you're actually paying for.

If you are not based in America, DO NOT use this company as you will definitely be losing a lot of money if you have to return anything.

I will not be using this company again.

Tip for consumers:
International buyers should avoid this store. You will incur heavy losses as they don't refund the tax/customs you paid, so you won't be getting a full refund back.
