Took about a month to receive. Packages was CRUSHED. Luckily the boots made it through. They monogrammed the pocket shut on my joggers and honestly the clothing isn't the best quality. Definitely not impressed. Way too expressive for what you get.

BUYER BEWARE. This could be a scam. I ordered boots in the first week of September, got an auto-reply e-mail from a "gmail" account indicating they received my order and it may take up to 8-10 weeks to process. It's now mid-December and I have received nothing! All of my e-mails asking for an update have been unanswered. Their "customer service" phone number is nothing more than an answering machine that rings thru and says "no one is available to take your call," then hangs up. No option to leave a message, and no actual person to resolve your inquiries or issues.
Should have read reviews on the site before making a purchase... especially since it was a Christmas gift. No way to reach the company and no email has been received with shipping information etc. I would steer clear of this company for sure.
I received 2 of my 3 items, now can't get a response, and of course it's the most expensive item I ordered that I didn't receive. I should have read the reviews BEFORE ordering. Many of you are exactly right, they suck, won't respond to emails, one of the phone numbers is out of service and the other automated answer claims they're closed! Will NEVER order from this company again! I hope other shoppers are smart enough to read all these negative reviews before ordering. I've entered a dispute with my credit card to try to keep them from getting my money! I hope someone will start a class action lawsuit!
It was my first time ordering from this website. Unfortunately I never received my items abs customer service basically said "nothing can be done, it's out of their control". I usually do my due diligence and if I had I would have seen all the negative reviews. The context number they have on IG gets immediately dropped so I'm unable to speak to a live person and has to resort to sending a message. I have to say I will never order from this company again. Please beware and know that if you have any questions or concerns they will not be addressed or resolved.
While some people may have good luck others don't. I'm one of them. I ordered a guitar strap purse and it began ripping at the seams the first week. I have sent several emails and they have gone unanswered. I only get an automated response confirming my order was delivered! I even commented on a post on FB and they deleted the entire post. Not everything is perfect in retail. The company and their customer services make the imperfect perfect! Do your research before ordering. Don't order because the item is pretty online.
I am being charged for two swag bags monthly. What do I need with two identical monogrammed shirts. I try to contact the company and no answer, I have sent several messages with no response. It's a shame cause I really love the products but looks like I'm gonna have to stop all payments through my bank since they have such poor customer service.
I ordered 2 items almost 2 months ago and they just told me their shipment just came. I asked for a refund since my order was obviously not started and since then they have become unresponsive to my last couple of emails. They were quick to draft my account 2 days after I ordered but my order still says unfulfilled on the website. If this isn't a scam it's a terribly ran company! Don't waste your money!
I ordered 8 items in mid November for Christmas. 3 of them NEVER came! The customer service is terrible ~ That is if you can get them on the phone. They keep saying they will ship. It is Feb 4, and nope they still have not arrived. Horrible company, communication and customer service. Buyer Beware!
I've had issues with holes in new items out of the packaging, stains straight out of the packaging, sizing being way off, being sent incorrect sizes that I haven't ordered, being sent the wrong subscription boxes for that month, and being treated like crap from customer service. But, I continue to order the pjs bec the pjs are the softest pjs in the world even tho it takes nearly a month to get them. I also. Continue to get the subscription boxes bec my kid and I like to match and I don't expect much for the price. But, I seriously have about had it with the girl that always answers the phone and takes care of customer service. She's has no business working there. It's obvious she hates her job the way she acts And treats people. Read the reviews. Almost every review is talking about how rude she is. I can handle mistakes being made with orders but man her attitude as soon as she says hello SUCKS!

Your order will take forever, you’re taking a gamble on quality with anything other than pjs and handbags. Some stuff is complete garbage some stuff is made decent. Sizing is way off on anything other then pjs

Purchased a cardigan sweater & when I received it there was a huge pull in the back. After emailing back & forth & sending pic after pic they refuse to replace the damaged sweater. The girl said she didn't see any problem with it. She said she could offer a partial refund. I now have a monogrammed sweater I can not wear. This company is awful!
Received a defective item. Shirt was supposed to be a medium but look like a large and fabric puckered around monogram. Wrote 2 emails with no response. Found chat online. Person on chat told me that my item was not defective and that I should wash it a couple of times to fix puckering around monogram. I explained again that my shirt was defective and I would like to return it. She told me she would escalate my request but to not expect a positive response. I asked her if was a phone number that I can call to speak to a person. She said no there is no phone number. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am now stuck with a shirt that I cannot wear. Money is tight nowadays which makes it very difficult to accept spending money on an item that I cannot use. I've noticed other reviews that many customers have had the same issue. I should have read the reviews.
Placed an order 10/29/18, today is 12/04/18. I realize it takes longer for the monogram products to ship but when I called to follow up, they hung up on me once I said I didn't receive my order. Now they will not answer the phone or reply to emails. They basically robbed me and slammed the door in my face. This is not a real company... SCAM!
I have been trying to get in contact with I LOVE JEWELRY for the past 45 days and I cannot reach anyone by email or by phone. I keep receiving an automated response that I will receive status in a couple of days and hear nothing. This company should be taken to court. They are stealing peoples money! While they post videos with their Louis Vuitton purses, we as consumers receive nothing! This is the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with! I will never order anything again!
Waited 3 weeks to receive a purse that looks nothing like the photo and is half the size of the one pictured. Called numerous times and emailed the customer service email and never received a single response besides the automated one... it's pretty obvious they order the product from overseas. The quality is absolutely horrible. Complete waste of money.
Ordered 2 pairs of monogrammed boots, used the size guide provided on the wed site. Both pairs do not fit. Tried to contact the co, phone go unanswered with no way to leave a message and my email was finally answered with a link to the tracking number. I had clearly received to boots, since my issue was the fit!

I know I ordered size 10.9 and 9.5 were sold out. Boots finally came in and are a size 5. Nice boots. How did my order go from a 10 to a 5. Sent them email. Guess I will resale them on marketplace. DONT ORDER FROM THESE PPL! Monogrammed. I broke my never order from Fb rule and got burned
Unfortunately the sizing was way off these run very small, mot even close to US sizing charts. Unfortunately they were monogrammed so not return. Shop Lands End for ladies pajamas and true sizes. No idea why a vendor wouldn't correct this.

I signed up for 2 monthly monogram boxes. I was charged two months in a row and never received the merchandise. I called daily and emailed and never got a response and still have not gotten either of the monthly boxes and no returned phone calls or emails. This company doesn't even deserve a rating of a 1. I would love to give them a negative if I could.
I have bought 20 purchases from this company and never had a issue, till now i ordered monogrammed boots on aug 16 2018 and its 10/23 and i still have not got them, i have called and emailed and i even talk to someone saying they would expedite them asap and nothing, now i get auto answered emails and no one will answer my calls. Its been over 2 months and no product and no money back... i had no issues till now, never again will i order from them

Run do not walk! My husband ordered pajamas for my birthday on 11/19 and was promptly charged for the purchase. Despite repeated attempts to get an update via email we finally called customer service. Supposedly the shipment is going out today which I will believe when I see it. We requested a refund and was told it was not possible because the order was 'in process'. Will never order from this company again!
I ordered the monogram lace pull over and the fabric looks nothing like the picture. The picture looks more sweater type and the one I got is more like a jersey knit type. Also I'm glad I got the large leggings. They run very small
I had read the reviews but thought I would take a chance since I liked the look of the Olive green TOTE! Looking at the picture (first mistake). It shows a bag that hangs from the shoulder covering the girl's back and her rear end. Well she must have been a size 2 child modeling the TOTE bag. It is a bag, nicely monegramed for a good price, but it is no TOTE! None of their TOTE bags are larger than 15 inches by 13 inches. Definitely my fault for not asking and of course the size was not listed. I will use it as a purse but not a TOTE for an overnight bag. Way too small. Glad I didn't really need it because shipping did take a long time. I'll buy a real TOTE bag in the size I need and take it to my own monogrammer! Like the fabric and color.
The pearl and silver mini medallion necklace was just cheap. And the price was too. I won't say to avoid, just do careful research and ask for size measurements before you buy.
