There were times when the store was good. I used to order Obagi products at delicate skin store and it always arrived on time. However, my order from April 19 is still in the status "Processing", although the indicated shipping deadline (14 days) has ended. There is no information about delays or problems with shipping or other kind of such info anywhere on the store's website. Moreover, I wrote to the official store email three times, requesting some updates about my order, and did not receive any reply. I have no idea if my order will ever be sent. I highly do not recommend placing orders here, as the store may receive your money and disappear.

The store is awful!
I ordered Obagi products April 12 and still did not receive anything!, Moreover, I wrote to the official store email a lot – they tend not to answer. Finally, they sent me the numbers parcel should have in my country, but there is no parcel with that numbers registered!
I have no idea if my order was ever sent.

Bought over GBP350 of products which never showed up. After almost 3 months of waiting there is still no refund and I have to wait and wait. Contacted customer service a dozen of times but nothing resolved. Moreover, they keep stating lies in their emails and this is to a customer who has previously shopped at their shop and has paid upfront.

Order your OBAGI products somewhere else
The most awful company I have ever dealt with. I wanted to cancel my order within 24 hours after my purchase, but failed as no one ever answer to me. I wrote them dozen of emails, but they did not answer to any of them. Their return or cancel policies are not working. The worst experience ever.
They say they take care of the taxes, but it's not true. When my package arrived in my country with a huge delay, I hade to pay almost 200 euros extra for the custom charges. All they do is write for the customs that it's a present with a value of 40$ hoping that the customs people won't open the package, and when they do open it and charge you 35 % of the actual price, they just say read the small print. So they actually don't pay any custom charges
They should warn the customers in the first place before they pay for their orders that they would have to pay 35 % of the price to the customs so that they could make a decision whether to make the purchase or not. But they just trap you into buying the goods from them and then they don't care.
So their "all tax and custom charges included" is a misleading condition.

That was my third order from skindelicates. Each of the orders (approx. One order per year) was delivered with a delay but that was the only issue with the shop. It's not a scam. Looks like they really in troubles now with all that covid-related things. So, my message is following: not the greatest customer service but it's not scam.
Large delays in delivery of orders, delivery of goods with expiring dates. Do not respond to requests by e-mail. Bad mood and frustration from communication are guaranteed.
Ordered product and never received anything. They are unresponsive when you try to get answers. Total rip off. Do Not buy anything from them.
Paid for my order more than 6 months ago and never received. There is no refund at all – they just ignore you and keep spamming with promo-emails.
Ordered a product and was charged multiple times for something that never shipped. They kept charging my card with no explanation.

Мошенники! Ужасная компания. Выживают только благодаря рекламе у говно блогеров ( например Лавинии). Проблемы начались с самого начала.
1) Отмену заказа можно сделать только в течение 24 часов. На вопрос в какой стране открыта их компания -они молчат. Тк закон UK и USA предоставляет право отмены/обмена товара в течение 14 дней.
2) посылка пришла с доп. Платежом +30€ за доставку, хотя на сайте написано, что доставка бесплатная
3) в посылке не было 2! Продуктов. Один из которых стоил 65£
