Not at all easy. And they are disrespectful, rude and downright terrible at providing service. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

It's a scam. The customer service is a joke... they should call it "we will shit on you service". Extremely rude, pretending no to hear and then just hang up. Not able to rectify simple issues of their fault. Never seen anything like this... scam!

No. You can't at all. Page loads for a long time and then fails. Advises can't be reached. Horrible service.

Not bad to start a "chat session" but they are not helpful at all. Talk the talk, but don't walk the walk.

They are unbelievably rude. They suddenly hang up the phone or disconnect the chat, saying that they are exhausted because of my complaint. Their customer service is the worst, and I never heard about this kind of rude agents before.

Can't get in touch with a person they keep wanting people to go on the live chat which keeps ending or the rep disconnects the chat. They say we are getting nowhere and ended the chat. Very disrespectful.

You can online chat and email but no one is willing to call you and I was told at this time they do not have any contact numbers for customers to call
