Not at all easy. And they are disrespectful, rude and downright terrible at providing service. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

They've done that to me many times then blocked my chat when they didn't want to hear they were wrong. WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER

This is the way these guys work. You have to call your credit card company to get your money back. Skip is a faceless organization that hides behind firewalls and illegal policies.
