Why won't my recent photos download after installing snapfish?

What is going on?! I am trying to edit and order an album with no success!
If my old pictures are not showing (in an album of 105 pictures I can only see 3), does that mean they were corrupted in the Snapfish site upgrade? So they're gone?
I have tried three times today to share a new album and each time the message appears that it has been shared - but still none of the recipients has received anything.
