on 8/7/18Hi, curb-side delivery means that the carrier/driver will not be taking the furniture inside your place due to mainly an incredible added cost and liability should anything happen to your place in that exercise. Therefore a tracking is provided and actual follow-up in larger items to set delivery arrangements and be present at the time of delivery so you can receive it as the person unloads the goods from the truck. If not present, the driver is instructed to have a second attempt, which may delay greatly the delivery as it goes to the end of the queue.
