I had cool sculpting done 3 years ago NOT at Sono Bello. I have cried a lot of tears over the expensive mess that decision made on my body. Giant hard squares of fat (looked like a pound of butter under my skin). I have been paying on this for so long and it has felt like I was paying for a wrecked car. Sono Bello was very clear about what the laser lipo procedure would do. If anything, it hurts more than I thought and I hate wearing this firmware which they recommend for 3 months. I can tell right now that those big fat square are gone. It has only been a week and 1/2. I will weigh in in a month or two when I am no longer quite as sore and swollen.
I paid $9562.62 at my initial consultation on 5/07/24 for a procedure scheduled for 9/4/24. Due to the location of the services, I canceled my appointment over a month before it was scheduled. I was told I would be reimbursed within 30 days of my cancellation. It has been over 30 days since the cancellation, and I still have not received the funds back on my credit card statement, so I called and inquired. I was told I would receive a callback. I did not receive a call, but two days later, I was sent an email stating that it had been over 45 days since I made the credit card payment, so they would "resubmit" my refund via a $7070.62 check that I would receive within 7-14 days. I never had this service. I went to a 10-minute consultation in May '24. I canceled well within the cancellation time frame. My refund should be in full, in the amount of $9562.62. This was the response I received: I apologize for the delay with the refund. I have resubmitted it and we will be mailing a check out for $7070.62. The check should arrive in 7-14 business days. WORKERS BEWARE: Absolute worst place to work. They 100% do not care for their people. You will work yourself into severe exhaustion and even suffer medical conditions and they will treat you like crap. They will violate your basic employee rights and think they can get away with it. Ran by a bunch of catty woman who think they are god. It's like a mean girls high school movie, but worse. Nasty humans! Run! Don't walk, Run! It's totally a pyramid scheme too. They push you to make unreasonable goals at any costs so they can make their money to buy Botox. Puts profit over everything including health and safety. Total joke of a job. If you want it get ready to be depleted of your soul!
PATIENT'S BEWARE: They offer mediocre results most of the time. There are patients who have had awful results as well. Like messed up belly buttons and sometimes really nasty infections. Doctors are awful and treat patients and clinical staff with rude and demeaning behavior. The Practice Manager is a joke. She sits around and does nothing while micro managing the entire staff. Overpriced and underwhelming experience. You will likely be disappointed. THEY TEACH THE CONSULTANT TO PERSUADE PEOPLE TO GIVE THEM ALL THE MONEY THEY CAN GET IN! Don't be fooled. Do you research!
I already pursue a lawsuit and I am going to contact the boards of doctors plastic surgeon I don't think this doctor He should be there. Sonobello it's horrible. They are butchering people and taking their money. They are a scam. This business is a shady and should be closed and once and forever, I don't care how many people give good reviews most of them they are employees work for the doctor themselves and the doctor operate free surgery on them to remove their fat they are not real patient couple of them patient who had good results at beginning until they started getting bigger with following number of patients and more demanding they turned sloppy and reckless, I filed for refund with BBB and I will contact attorney general office in Ohio, not done yet this doctor ruined me and he shouldn't get away with it, his arrogance demeanor is going to be soon change to begging for drop off the charge, their practice going down to the drain many people complained and upset from what had been done to them, and yet their review gets worse and worse and that helped me with my evidence plus the voice recording his nurse admitted he $#*!ed up in my visit post operation when she saw the shape of my belly.the day I took this photo is the same day of surgery and clearly showing from the marks he did skip the area he should do in the middle since I already paid for but he done nothing $7k is not little money but on top of that he destroyed my shape of the tummy

I had the liposuction surgery, and my body looks the exact same as I did 7 months ago. It was completely misleading and promised a great outcome after paying a whopping $9,443.50. Despite following all post-operative instructions, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I have observed no noticeable improvement in my appearance.

I never expected this sort of treatment. The only person I spoke with during my pre op that was honest with me was the surgeon. The sales person in Montgomery of course didn't return my calls and the manager in Birmingham was argumentative. I called before the appt and after with concerns I had about the reviews I read. I decided to not move forward and they wanted to charge me $2,450 for the consult and I said no. I wanted a full refund so be careful. They don't return calls, it's my body and my money. Seek another option!

I look like an muffin top now more than ever. I had an appointment today, April 18,2024. The surgeon came and told me I look good. Which she could clearly see I did not, but you look better than when you came in. Look at what you were before you came here. I said I spent a lot of money here not to look dysfunctional. I want to be proportion, she then went scare tactic and told me if I have more liposuction I would have she named it. I don't know what it is skin disease. The nurse chimed in and said my stomach like a balloon the more you take out my stomach the more wrinkles I would have. The commercial said that taken away forever but no, I have a lot of fat on the upper half now. And I eat a lot of chicken and salad. I don't think it was done. Not only that when I was there, they pulled her out of surgery to talk to me.
I raise that concern and then she told me she doing me a favor. I feel like I was robbed. Then she said my fat is because she couldn't pull the skin down because it's on the upper half. And she could only do 50 to 75% of fat removal. I can grab at least 3 inches and I weigh 130.
I should have followed my instincts after my first meeting with Dr Femovich at the Sono Bello in Columbus. During my consultation, the doctor was arrogant and dismissive. He pulled down my panties without asking two different times. I asked him to stop. He needs to be investigated.
I wanted this Laser Liposuction done because of timing and price. You definitely get what you pay for, but this is your wellbeing not shopping at the dollar store, although an appropriate analogy.
I had a change of heart on what areas I wanted corrected and called the office over a week before the procedure. I was told I would have a consultation with Dr Femovich before I was sedated to make that change. When I arrived on 4/4/2024 I was told that was not going to happen and my husband could not accompany me to the exam room to meet the doctor. I insisted. Dr Femovich had me stand up in front of the mirror, in the paper underwear they give you, as I started to explain my thoughts. He stopped me and said, "not today-not ever". I was shocked! I responded, "I called, I was told this was protocol, plus it's my body and my money". He got up and walked out.
I am taking this to the medical board of Ohio. Please to not put yourself through this and go to a respected plastic surgeon if you what to explore this type of surgery further.
I came in as scheduled, waited for almost an hour but the staff at the reception kept laughing and very unwelcoming. The lady at the consultation sounded very proud and ruth. She requested I leave if I am scared and don't know what I want. She was pushing to be nice but very impolite. They gave me a quote of ******* plus and I compared to others which was way too high. She has no customer service skill at all. Please stay away from this place so they can correct their mistakes. I felt really hurt after sacrificing so much time to get there, and that's what I got.

This place took a piece of my stomach which they never mentioned to me that they were gonna mess up my tattoo plus they have left me worst then what I look like before. I dislike the results so much that I've gone into depression. I cry over my results all the time. Dont waste your time & most definitely not your money. After all their confirmations, I arrive 15 minutes early for my 1:30 consultation and waited half an hour. I went back up to the desk to see when I was going to be seen and was advised then that they only had one consultant in today. Horrible experience. Worst pain I've ever been through. Sent me home bleeding immediately after surgery, bled all the way down side walk and into car. It was like a twilight zone. They barely were done with surgery before they had me in a wheel chair taking me out the door. Not once did anyone warn me about how painful it would be. You are wide awake and fully conscious the entire procedure. It's been over a year and I am still numb in several spots. Not one person from this place ever checked on me. DONT GO HERE!
I happily started this process back in November 2023 at the Manhattan NY office. After waiting 15 minutes for my consultation, All went well. The Representative was very professional and knowledgeable about the lipo and tummy tuck process! She created a folder for me and gave me a quote with several options for my procedure(s). Since I live in NJ, the Representative recommended that I have my procedure at the new Cherry Hill location. In an effort to keep the pricing quoted for 2023, I was pushed to make a $500 deposit. So, in December, I authorized this charge on my credit card. The Representative and I spoke one time and texted one time after that in 2024. Since then, I've been calling and texting to get a date to schedule my procedure(s). To date, no one has called me back. The excuses that I've received (and that's when someone picks up) are: that "my Representative will call you back in 20 minutes", or that She is out to lunch or in a meeting. It's been close to 3 months and no one has returned any of my calls? I get it that people are busy, but, the lack of concern and response has left me feeling bewildered! They accepted my deposit and ghosted me! Do not use them!

I would give zero starts if that was an option. The staff ( Patricia) are pushy like used car salesmen and they opened a credit card after a 5 minute consultation. They claimed it was a look to see if I would pre qualify for an amount and two weeks later I get a credit card in the mail. Don't go!

Paid for 6 sessions and got thru half of them. All scheduling is done by phone and they will not call you back, text you Or answer the phones. You will be ghosted and you will be out your money. The only number that they give you to call is Jessica which is the mainline. Tried for three weeks many times and no answers or responses. You've been warned. Have a good day.

There was subtle difference for the past year. When I wanted to repeat the procedure I was told I had to be within 2 lbs of starting wait. My wait fluctuates by 5-8 lbs depending on the day of the week etc. so the free revision isn't happening to see if it could improve my results. It was way more painful than described during and post op. I spent 6k to look no different. I'm so upset and feel scammed. I could have gone to a plastic surgeon and got real lipo that would have been dramatic and more effective for only slightly more.

I had a procedure back in December of 2021. In January of 2022, I had my post-up follow-up with Dr.P. We both agreed that I will be rescheduled for a revision, after she didnt perform the correct procedure that we both agreed on during counseling.however the receptionist are not knowledgeable on the procedures and policies of the company, since they do not explain to patients what happens next when something goes wrong. For example that your going to be on a waiting list and they can call you at anytime without any appointment or notice. By this time your weight after the procedure will change; therfore you would not be allowed to have your surgery done because this will delay the procedure again. I will never "RECOMMEND " anyone to this horrible place call "SONO BELLO."
They had 6 months to review my medications and health history. My first pre-op, they said I needed a medical release which they could've mentioned in any of those 6 months prior to my procedure so my procedure was postponed. They had no real solution, no other options, they just pushed my appointment that I had been waiting 6 months for back another couple weeks. Then they dismissed me as a patient, probably because I had words to say about their backwards policies. Go somewhere else, they just don't care at all for your outcome or we'll being. They only care about the money! F them! They ruined my dream.

Staff keeps a happy go lucky persona.assure you there's no pain my clothes were soaked with blood from exit to jeep.when I got to my friends house she put me in new clothes that didn't last 1 minute I was soaked with blood completely from shirt to pants. They can can only give you minimal numbing so it is excruciating pain
2-3 weeks ago I scheduled appointment for what they had available, came in 15 minutes early as requested, left after an hour… nothing. I work 60 + hours a week. My time is limited and valuable as well. They triple book appointments, and obviously don't want my business or money… Scottsdale location.,,, shameful… very disappointing, but Faith receptionist was wonderful! Never even reached out to me to find out why I left…they don't care… they are making money though… who cares about customer service?
I wasn't really sure what to expect. Between the initial consult with a sales rep, I suppose, and the preop, I was verbally abused by the Dr Atun, who stated he would not do the surgery without the invasive parts. They were talking that they were going to charge me 5% to reschedule though he was the reason it was apparently being rescheduled. Then they changed the doctors, then that doctor couldn't do it for the next appointment they scheduled. So I wrote them and told them I initially came in for the non invasive procedure they were advertising. Their practice manager called me and said they couldn't send the deposit back to me through my credit card but would mail a check. She cited the full amount back. Now a month later, no refund received as of yet, I called today and was told the manager was in a meeting, I asked about the missing check. Sadly, the only thing I got was verbal abuse and a run around. (Rescheduled, not informed of the doctor, no informed consent & they are the ones that cancelled/rescheduled TWICE.

Called yesterday and was told that she was in a meeting with a doctor and would call back but did not.
I am a physician and was told to come at 9 am Buton the morning of the initial appointment got text to come 15 min earlier. But cannot do this rounding. The richmond location was terrible to find by Google maps with 8 turns around the actual location circulating to get there. The building is large and only the front had the house number.
I arrived 10min late. The front person sounded like military to me. We have a policy and can't see you. You can wait here and see if somebody does not show up.
If I would have been told about their late policy I would not have traveled 30 min 2 ways.
I don't think they understand how to manage people. People with a lot of time may not have the funds to pay their services.
The fact that I am currently walking disabled was not taken I to consideration as I could not walk around searching for house numbers.

Had my procedure 11/6/2019. Did 3 areas. Upper abs, Lower abs & Hips. I've gone from all XL AND XXL cloths to mediums and smalls. I went from a 14 Jean to a 6 and I'm only a few weeks shy of 3 months post op. I had this done in the Woburn Massachusetts office and everyone was so sweet, friendly & helpful. Every time I emailed Brittany she got back to me quickly. I want to do a few more areas and I 100% recommend this place. One photo was 3 weeks after procedure and other photo was 6 months after.
