They are very helpful..
It took me a month to get one charm and it was not a photo charm. Since then I have never ordered anything from them. Did not like the service.
Sometimes if you hit the square button at the end of that row, it will give you more information. Hope this helps.
If you have a photo charm, it can take a while, if not, send them an e-mail and ask if your order has been shipped and if they have a tracking number. They usually respond fast.
