I ordered 6 days ago and still have still not heard a word from them. I have checked my order and it is still saying being processed. How long does it take to put 3 charms in the mail.

It took me a month to get one charm and it was not a photo charm. Since then I have never ordered anything from them. Did not like the service.

If you have a photo charm, it can take a while, if not, send them an e-mail and ask if your order has been shipped and if they have a tracking number. They usually respond fast.
