I ordered 6 days ago and still have still not heard a word from them. i have checked my order and it is still saying being processed. how long does it take to put 3 charms in the mail.

I ordered a customized bead with my dogs photo on it a week ago and never received any sort of email confirmation or shipping info. hoping to have this by christmas. feeling like this is a scam. any one else have same experience?
