Where have these been all my life?! Bought my first pair, flare jeans. Well made, fit beautifully. My only complaint is that they are very long if you want to wear flat shoes (I ordered regular) but thats an easy fix. Absolutely love them!

STILL not returned. I will NEVER order anything from them again.

I order over $300 worth of clothes and told exchanges were hassle free but after they refunded me they said all products are sold out, here's a 15% discount for your troubles. Then refused to help or answer any additional questions.
It's a fact that one really unhappy customer tells at least 10 other people when a company doesn't do what they said they were going to do. But… when someone purchases an item and it turns out to be a quality control issue, and the individual has paid shipping both ways even though they were told the return shipping would be free, it's not a good look for the company. I was given a "special" link by a Spanx Team Member for the free return shipping and was still charged. I have contacted them 4 times to no avail. That is my only experience with the company and will be the last. I have worked roughly 8 years for Talbots and let me tell you, that type of customer service would simply get you fired.

Exercise Spanx leggings crawl up my leg while exercising. Uncomfortable to have to adjust constantly. I don't recommend. Look elsewhere. Threads hanging out - just not the quality I previously experienced.

Very dissatisfied with Spanx Twill pants. Paid $128 and there is discoloration after washing. I washed them as directed - the discoloration is not through out, it's spotty. Reached out to customer service and they only offered 10% off my next purchase. Very disappointed in the product! NEVER AGAIN! Pants are ruined - please keep in mind that I don't wear them often, so they have not been washed but 3 times since I've had *******@spanx

I purchased the high Power Short two weeks ago. What a waste of money! Those Spanx rolled down my waist each time I wear them. $38.00 gone down the drain. How can I return this junk? Ladies, stop supporting businesses that waste our time and resources!

Spanx website and customer service are awful. What I ordered was completely opposite from what I received. When I asked customer service their initial response was a gift card for an item I just purchased and not even a refund, which is stupid in itself.
It was also a Christmas gift and they refused to overnight a different pair so I can have something under the tree. First time shopping here and won't purchase again.

After reading all of the negative reviews along with the replies from Spanx saying that products could be easily returned within 90 days, I ordered two sizes with every intention of keeping the ones that fit best. What they DIDN'T say in those replies… that they charge $7.95 to make a return.
I bought a pair of slacks for about $148 with the welcome coupon. Ordered directly from Spanx for the longer inseam. A week later the price was cut in half. It took a long time to receive my order, consequently, the price had already changed before its arrival.
Spanx doesn't do price adjustments.
So I returned them within the 60-day time frame. Now Spanx is not processing the return of this unworn item, in the original garment bag, with the tags attached.
USPS records demonstrate the item arrived at the return center. It was sent in the original Spanx bag and with the Spanx label.
In my experience Spanx is not responsive to emails. My efforts to reach someone on the phone have not yielded results. Tough to anticipate ever buying from them again. It's hard to understand why this company's customer service would be either this poorly executed or off the charts sleazy.
Placed an order and realized I entered the wrong shipping address. Called within 5 minutes of placing and there was nothing they could do other than tell me I could send it back (at a cost of $10 - my mistake so I was willing to eat that). Placed a second order to the correct address with expedited shipping (1-3 days) at an additional cost. It is now going on to day three and the order hasn't even left the warehouse. Contacted customer service yet again and nothing they can do. Don't know why it hasn't been shipped, can't cancel the order(s) can't refund the extra shipping. All they could do was say sorry and that their hands were tied. So now I am impatiently waiting for two orders that I will return (as I won't have the item for the event I needed it for) and I have to pay to return them even though they didn't fulfill the expedited shipping promise. So very frustrated. My advice? Don't bother using rush shipping or trying to get assistance.

I've purchased roughly 1800$ worth of their stuff. While some are great (air essential jump suits) others like their leggings and dresses are hideous. The size is way off for the dresses. I order an XL in everything. The dress (perfect sheath dress) fits me around the chest but that's it. It's got a giant kangaroo type pouch/ excess materiel area going on under my chest just above my belly and it's not from fitting at all. The leggings fit but material is extremely itchy. The air essential tapered pant is way too short. The minimizer bra don't really minimize anything. Overall just very disappointed. Other than the air essentials jumpsuits the other haul was over priced items I'd never buy. I could return but at $15 a pop I'll suffer through it and the dress they won't let me return because it was on sale. Now I know why.

This product would be so much better if the eyes for the hooks were smaller. They won't stay hooked together because the eyes are way too big. It's very aggravating that is why I only gave a one star rating.
I ordered Spanx high rise flares to take on a trip. I had carefully assessed the length issue and based upon what is on line ordered regular. I'm 5'7', their site states that petite is for much shorter individuals/that their pants are a length suitable for a higher heel. Pants arrived, and were 3 " on more too long - called today to see if they would send expedited shipping so I could have for trip in petite, explained I'm an attorney, new customer, likely will order more but need these pants for trip. They said it would be another $26+ for shipping to expedite - I asked for manager and was told no manager available for 24 hours or longer. She apologized but said there is no fix unless I pay the extra expedited shipping. I explained I'd return them and would not be ordering again, that at my office we would not treat a client in this way, especially with the misleading information on length. Disappointed to say the least.

It has been more than two months since I purchased and returned the Mama faux leather Leggings and bought another size. I Still have not received my refund. I was told it would be sent to a PayPal account and asked for my email. Now when I call about it, I get no response. Never buying from Spanx Online again.
I ordered my spanx jeans 3 weeks ago they charged my credit card and no merchandise ever received. I have tried to call no one answers very poor customer service. I messaged them on messenger and was told they are out of the product but can't refund my money until after December 24. Warning to all do not buy spanx.
This company is INFLEXIBLE. You cannot get your $ back. I accidentally ordered an extra pair leggings. I noticed my error as soon hit purchase. I called to correct, literally minutes afterward. They will not modify the order. Totally inflexible. So I have to pay additional $$ to return what I do not want. This is not only inconvenient for me, the customer, but also for the USPS/ UPS just before the holiday season. Shame on Spanx.

Apparently you can not change or cancel your order if you don't do it within 30 minutes after the order is placed. I paid 180$ for 3 items and won't be able to wear them on my next week's trip!
I purchased a pair of flare leg spanx jeans for $148, from Dillard's. The material is fantastic and the jeans fit great in the thigh area but they are way too long. I am average height, 5'6" and I couldn't see my feet. I was literally standing on the last 4 to 5 inches of the jeans. There needs to be an adjustment to the measurements.

I don't know what you guys are doing, but your customer service is a nightmare and I'm never buying from you again. I got charged twice for an order I never received and no one responds to chat, facebook message or answers the call. I cannot get my refund because no one returns your calls. An absolute $#*! show coming from such a "great" company.
I ordered 12/03/2021. Says label has been created. Numerous tries to customer service with hold time over an hour. Finally got thru to someone. They said order has been lost. They reordered and no update. Still trying to get thru. Customer is not being honest to anyone. Read the Facebook reviews too. Sham!

This company doesn't care about you at all. They say easy returns but that does not exist. You cannot change your order at all once placed even if it has 1 hour ago. You are charged exorbitant fees and given no normal records (other companies give you free shipping, free returns, ability to alter, change or cancel your return- all the normal stuff that you get when you order online) but these guys are working in the 15tg century.
I ordered a product online from Spanx and selected regular shipping (5-9 business days). My email confirmation, however, stated that the estimated delivery date was in fact 8-14 business days away, too late for my needs. And when I tried to call to cancel the order (five minutes after I placed it), I was informed that Spanx simply will not change or cancel orders once they are placed. I will never place an online order with this vendor again.
My Spanx bra snap in front broke. I asked customer service for a replacement snap so I can fix it since the bra still has at least a year of use left.
After sending customer service a photo showing the broken snap I was told they don't have a replacement part and was given a 15% off coupon for another purchase. Why would I want to buy an expensive product from them when they were so unhelpful this time around.
They lost a customer today.
My fault, I didn't check before I bought it. Arrived and didn't fit, return cost me $15.00 and I folded this tank top the smallest that it would fold, which was pretty small and the thinnest paper envelope I could get and I lost $15 from $60.00 because the SPANX didn't fit. Not good, so if you don't mind losing $15.00 off of what you paid, then go for it but I won't make the same mistake twice.
