Why are there so many poor reviews of Spilsbury? It is a source of wonderful puzzles but I am wary of ordering anything.

They don't actually deliver anything. Ever. See my review.

They don't make the puzzles, they sell them. The companies like White Mountain, Ceaco, Masterpieces, etc, MAKE them.

I think I will stick to bits and pieces after seeing the reviews. I am going to throw their catalog in the trash.
