Impossible I call their Customer Service line went through their answering system then put on hold, hung up after waiting 20 min. Sent a comment to the site email, got a response saying they would get back to me in a day or so.
I sent a message through the site 3 days ago and still haven't gotten an answer. My problem still exists
No problem at all! I absolutely LOVE this company! I will always stay with Stamps.com
Terrible response, they never reply when I inquire about help.
Type into browser and learn to follow all directions
With the exception of the first time I called, I could never reach a life person.
Get answers from the Stamps.com staff and other customers.
