Would have liked to see some Northface jackets, Brooks brother suit line, and other high end clothing as Stately brands themselves. It is however fun getting a present for yourself now and then, just not fun if you have to go threw the trouble of returning items that are not your taste our don't fit correctly.
Statelymen has been a very nice surprise! Of course, I was a bit skeptical at first, but my skepticism was immediately laid to rest after receiving my first order! If one takes the time to be detailed with their preferences, the stylists will absolutely nail your box! I am a super satisfied customer and have no intention of ever not using Statelymen!

1 first box was awesome. The 2nd was so-so. After feedback to my stylist the 3rd box was back to being awesome. I work for a bank and having some dress down Friday attire is really what I'm looking for. Some date night ideas have been fresh too.

This is my second box and I have to say that both have been amazing. The clothes fit perfectly and it's been exactly what I've been looking for. I love the fact that it's not a monthly box and I can choose when I want another.

If there was an option to select that in style preferances I would. It seems to much like a generic mix of items that doesn't take into account what people want. The same dark neutral jeans in multiple orders, basics like a black belt, and ect. I tried updating the style preferances, and providing feedback over the 5 orders I received. I really liked the concept, but the selection is to basic bro. Litterally the only feedback I added to get to know you was "I dislike plaid and polos." and feedback from prior packages was "I hate polos. Like I will just throw it away if you send me another one". Yet, I am still getting Polo's with my orders.
I was hoping to find more unique, novel or elevated items to improve my wardrobe.

As always, Stately Stylist Hertha did a great job! The time & thoughtfulness were clearly evident in the items included in my box. I've really enjoyed the boxes I've received so far but the user experience on your website isn't ideal.
For example, is there a place to look to see what was in previous boxes? Also, the lack of visibility in returns is a bummer. I have no idea if the duplicate pair of jeans you sent made it back you. I sure hope so.
Overall great service just wish the technology piece was stronger.

I'm beginning to get compliments on my clothes and overall appearance since joining. The boxes have been mostly "on-point" with my taste and preferences. When there was a sizing issue, it was easy to exchange for a better fit.
Because it’s so difficult to make time to go shopping and I no longer enjoy choosing what to buy or attempting to coordinate my clothing. Brick & mortar retailers that sell quality’s clothes are difficult to find and everything I’ve been sent so far has been great quality and comfortable.

There's little notification for upcoming shipments, once notified there's no option to delay, change or cancel. Return model is TRASH and overall, while some of the garments were appreciated, I find myself avoiding a lot of the clothes. Stacy Adams jackets can be purchased at Burlington and Marshall's for Pennie's comparative to the 'stated' price. All-in-all, just really doesn't seem like a very good deal.
Good online marketing, underachieving service, but damn good marketing. Give those folks a raise.

The majority of the time, my stylist has perfectly fitted, on-point selection of clothing options. In the off chance a shirt does not fit, they are quick to approve the RMA and replace with a perfect item selected especially for me. The listen to feedback and incorporate it in improving my look. I have not been overly happy with the clothes and shoes I have received to date. The service was advertised as more of an up market option for these types of services, however the first box was not that. After another styling meeting I asked for more dress clothes and it continues to be more casual in my mind. The shoe selection is very poor.

I was hoping to get more business casual clothes that I could wear to a formal office and wear the same outfit to go out later. I've asked for old money & sleek looks, but I haven't gotten what I've envisioned so far. I really liked a few items like the button downs and the jacket, but haven't liked a single pair of pants that i've received. Items feel boxy and not fit for a slim, fit build.

I'm glad I joined! Their style matches extremely well with the profile information I provided. The style they provide suits me well! Every fit quite well! You can tell the stylists pay attention to details I never would have thought, from textures, to colors, to complimentary pieces!
The quality is great…better than you would find at anything other than high end stores/boutiques. It shipped and arrived quick. The value is certainly appropriate given the quality and overall service.

I had to make an exchange, and my options were to add the exchange to the next box or pay to have it sent immediately where as it cost nothing to have it sent immediately in the past. This change is unreasonable. Exchanges should be sent immediately at no cost.

I had been receiving my boxes, all of which were great selections by my stylist for nearly a year. Due to unforseen medical expenses, I had to cancel. Instead of canceling, I was offered an extended pause, and an added discount on my first box when service resumes. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I've tried other clothing subscriptions before and I've found that usually I'll like an item or two from each delivery, but for the most part I can't say I've been impressed.
