Morning, again, scrolling through all the comments below it would seem everyone is having the same issue. Luckily my bank stopped the payment and called me this morning to double check. They have blocked this organisation taking any money from my account.
I have a question so if anyone can help that would be great... now that i have stopped the payment what powers do these people have in 'making' me pay the remainder of the 'store credit'?
Hi. My account has been closed now. What I did was email the customer services dept every single day, letting them know that I had contacted Trading Standards and the Financial Ombudsman. They haven't attempted to take any money since.
