How long from when you placed the order did you get the package

Hello. I ordered three items on March 3 /2016.My account was charged in less than 60 seconds for the entire amount. On March 5th I received and e mail from them telling me that two of the three items were out of stock and that I will receive refund in 3 business days. Maybe their days are much longer than ours.So far no refund no item and today is the 14th. I e mail them almost every day. Yesterday they e mailed me a documet that "shows the refund". Yes I can send them back a picture of myself with the face of Elizabeth Taylor, that does not mean that I am Elizabeth Taylor or that she is going to resuscitate for me. I hate the people that think that they are so smart and you are so stupid that they can take advantage of you until you get tired and quit. I never quit and you guys do not quit. Until you get your money back. I checked my credit card statement four times today and no refund posted so far.Be aware this people has many many names in the internet. Check the reviews and do not buy., do not think that is not going to happen to you.Be careful and look at the details, they have similar ways to describe their items, to make their sales, etc.In one of their sites they have ridiculous low price and you start ordering like crazy, then you discover that if you order a 250 dollars total they charge you 250 dollars S and H. So you end up paying 500 dollars for something that you will receive half order and then no refund. People like them is what makes this country tired and mad at other cultures and is going to put in the White House a guy like Donald Trump that want to exterminate like roaches people from other countries. Look for a nice comfortable chair in your house, the waiting time for your items and the refund is pretty long and takes some chamomile tea for your nerves. But do not quit.And yes the good review are fake or you do not have some friends and neighbors or somebody that you can pay willing to put in a review that you are the best of the best and that a miniature size fits you perfectly when you are size 20? I am going to start putting a bad review every day until I get for what I paid. Score will be going down for them but they do not care. Naive people grows like the trees.

I ordered a shirt January 29th and is still hasn't arrived. Customer Service says they misaddressed the package. Told me to contact DHL to fix it because it was too "inconvenient" for them to do it from China. I've asked for a refund since DHL says the package is already heading back to China as undeliverable but StyleWe told me they won't issue a refund. Absolutely crazy. I will never order from them again.

The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

The package arrived 3-4 weeks after ordering and what a disappointment. I immediately followed their instructions and returned all items. They were playing games for 2-3 weeks claiming that I didn't return the package to show them proof which I did over and over. I wrote a review on sitejabber and reported the matter to my credit card. Shortly after that they refund the full amount through paypal.
This company is a joke. Do not order from them.

It doesn't matter how long it takes. Enjoy any positives while it lasts and hope everything is perfect. It's like gambling. Sooner or later you will experience what the rest of us have learned the hard way. When ever you order, be ready to be "ok" with potentially not seeing your items or your money ever again. I'm still waiting for my refund. LOL. Use legitimate companies in the US. Better quality, service, and in the long run value.

It took 2/12 weeks, BUT I bombarded them with emails. It took even longer to get a refund on my purchases.

About 1 month and it took almost 2 months for refund after return.

Mine also took about 3-4 weeks. One package shipped quickly but was stuck in "Hong Kong customs" for 2 weeks. I can deal with the delay since they are overseas. What I cannot deal with are their inefficiencies - having to hound them for status, the refund/exchange process, etc. Basically their Customer Service is a nightmare. I agree with another reviewer that it feels like gambling. Before your package even arrives, you pray that everything is going to be okay and usually, it isn't. I kept 2 items that really were not a perfect fit because I simply didn't feel like dealing with the exchange process. My attitude was "Good enough and now goodbye". I love their clothes, but stick with ordering from the U.S. and maybe England.

I ordered 4 items - only 3 were available, so they issued a refund abiut 3eeeks later for the out of stock item - thats actually still showing as available on their site. The 3 dresses were delivered in about 2 weeks, but were super small. The return / refund process is extremely difficult and takes forevvvvveeerrrrr... almost 2 months - i will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM STYLEWE AGAIN!

I ordered from Stylewe about a month ago. Nothing has arrived. I've sent multiple emails requesting information on where the order is. I received several responses from "Mavis" claiming package was on the way. She sent tracking numbers that didn't work. On 11/27/17 again she confirmed the package should arrive shortly. It is 12/8/17 and nothing has arrived. This company appears to be perpetrating a scam on residents of the United States. Because they are doing business and advertising here, they appear to have purposefully availed themselves to the jurisdiction of the various states that they "conduct business" in. It further appears that they are misrepresenting their products, the fact that they are shipping anything at all, and committing fraud in the process.
