on 3/14/16Hello. I ordered three items on March 3 /2016.My account was charged in less than 60 seconds for the entire amount. On March 5th I received and e mail from them telling me that two of the three items were out of stock and that I will receive refund in 3 business days. Maybe their days are much longer than ours.So far no refund no item and today is the 14th. I e mail them almost every day. Yesterday they e mailed me a documet that "shows the refund". Yes I can send them back a picture of myself with the face of Elizabeth Taylor, that does not mean that I am Elizabeth Taylor or that she is going to resuscitate for me. I hate the people that think that they are so smart and you are so stupid that they can take advantage of you until you get tired and quit. I never quit and you guys do not quit. Until you get your money back. I checked my credit card statement four times today and no refund posted so far.Be aware this people has many many names in the internet. Check the reviews and do not buy., do not think that is not going to happen to you.Be careful and look at the details, they have similar ways to describe their items, to make their sales, etc.In one of their sites they have ridiculous low price and you start ordering like crazy, then you discover that if you order a 250 dollars total they charge you 250 dollars S and H. So you end up paying 500 dollars for something that you will receive half order and then no refund. People like them is what makes this country tired and mad at other cultures and is going to put in the White House a guy like Donald Trump that want to exterminate like roaches people from other countries. Look for a nice comfortable chair in your house, the waiting time for your items and the refund is pretty long and takes some chamomile tea for your nerves. But do not quit.And yes the good review are fake or you do not have some friends and neighbors or somebody that you can pay willing to put in a review that you are the best of the best and that a miniature size fits you perfectly when you are size 20? I am going to start putting a bad review every day until I get for what I paid. Score will be going down for them but they do not care. Naive people grows like the trees.
I ordered a shirt January 29th and is still hasn't arrived. Customer Service says they misaddressed the package. Told me to contact DHL to fix it because it was too "inconvenient" for them to do it from China. I've asked for a refund since DHL says the package is already heading back to China as undeliverable but StyleWe told me they won't issue a refund. Absolutely crazy. I will never order from them again.
The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
The package arrived 3-4 weeks after ordering and what a disappointment. I immediately followed their instructions and returned all items. They were playing games for 2-3 weeks claiming that I didn't return the package to show them proof which I did over and over. I wrote a review on sitejabber and reported the matter to my credit card. Shortly after that they refund the full amount through paypal.
This company is a joke. Do not order from them.
It doesn't matter how long it takes. Enjoy any positives while it lasts and hope everything is perfect. It's like gambling. Sooner or later you will experience what the rest of us have learned the hard way. When ever you order, be ready to be "ok" with potentially not seeing your items or your money ever again. I'm still waiting for my refund. LOL. Use legitimate companies in the US. Better quality, service, and in the long run value.
It took 2/12 weeks, BUT I bombarded them with emails. It took even longer to get a refund on my purchases.

Mine also took about 3-4 weeks. One package shipped quickly but was stuck in "Hong Kong customs" for 2 weeks. I can deal with the delay since they are overseas. What I cannot deal with are their inefficiencies - having to hound them for status, the refund/exchange process, etc. Basically their Customer Service is a nightmare. I agree with another reviewer that it feels like gambling. Before your package even arrives, you pray that everything is going to be okay and usually, it isn't. I kept 2 items that really were not a perfect fit because I simply didn't feel like dealing with the exchange process. My attitude was "Good enough and now goodbye". I love their clothes, but stick with ordering from the U.S. and maybe England.
I ordered 4 items - only 3 were available, so they issued a refund abiut 3eeeks later for the out of stock item - thats actually still showing as available on their site. The 3 dresses were delivered in about 2 weeks, but were super small. The return / refund process is extremely difficult and takes forevvvvveeerrrrr... almost 2 months - i will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM STYLEWE AGAIN!
I ordered from Stylewe about a month ago. Nothing has arrived. I've sent multiple emails requesting information on where the order is. I received several responses from "Mavis" claiming package was on the way. She sent tracking numbers that didn't work. On 11/27/17 again she confirmed the package should arrive shortly. It is 12/8/17 and nothing has arrived. This company appears to be perpetrating a scam on residents of the United States. Because they are doing business and advertising here, they appear to have purposefully availed themselves to the jurisdiction of the various states that they "conduct business" in. It further appears that they are misrepresenting their products, the fact that they are shipping anything at all, and committing fraud in the process.

A: Ordered on 18th Feb., money was taken out of my account on the same day, the 18th of Feb. Delivered on 8th of March. 19 days. According to them, the order sits at the custom for 7-10days since the shipment comes from China. Not a satisfactory product at all, cheap material, which one could never guess by the photos on their website. The email responses have been flooding but only after I wrote a bad review asking me if I could change my negative review into a positive. I have returned the dress via priority mail and hoping to get a refund. I will never and I mean NEVER use them again.
Delivery was fairly quick but return has been a pain so far. They assure me they'll refund within 3 biz days (because I sent them proof of return) but based on these comments, we'll see. They won't be in biz long if this keeps up.
If you want things quickly, this company is not for you. Minimum delivery is ca 3 weeks and can take well over a month. They have a ridiculously long delivery chain... forward order to designer but only on week days, designer can be Chinese or from Singapore or other Asian countries who then ships to a designated distribution center, there appear to be several, in different parts of China, then it gets to DHL and then has to go through customs. I ordered 2 dresses 3 weeks ago and shipping was 8 days apart from different distribution centers. One is supposedly enroute this week, the other perhaps next week.

It took a really long time to receive. Six weeks if I recall but when I attempted to return it due to terrible quality and mis-sizing I still have not received a refund three months later. Don't purchase feom this scam company.
Forever. They will ship as soon as you dispute the claim with your credit card or try to cancel the order. Then they will say you need to return ship it to China for a refund. Stay far away.
I got mine within 1 1/2 to 2 weeks after I ordered. I was pretty happy with the turnaround time! I've ordered from them a couple of times now and have never waited longer than 3 weeks.
It took two weeks for the items that weren't out of stock. It took a month to receive a refund for an item I had originally ordered that was not in stock.
It took 2 weeks for me to receive my order and it came via DHL and they sent me a tracking number so it was not hard to see the time of arrival. Ladies I have to tell you my experience with stylewe.com end on a positive note once I place my grievance on this site. My return and resolve very quickly. But what I did differently from most who complained I stuck to the facts and did not trash them. You cannot get results with vinegar. No one is paying me to say this either but since I know their system I'd buy something else from stylewe.com. I also think the ETA of your shipment is based on where you live. I'm in NYC so I'm central to international hubs. Good luck and remember kindness pays offs no matter what anyone does.
Depend how much you ordered. Some package came after4days. Some thing came after 2weeks. But it was good after asked sale price they money back to my acount. I ordered before start on sale. But they gave to me money back. Also size. Need compare with chart. Some item even size large. Medium. Showed 8.10. It was difference between asia and america. It was good to me price was completely good.
It took almost one month, multiple shipments, please do not loose your time i ordered 12 items i am returning 10. Also have to pay for the return label. Everything is not american sizes, quality of materials NOT NICE, itchy scratchy. Not good smell. The price paid, do not reflect the quality neither of material neither of workmanship.
About 2 weeks. I had a similar experience to many others here. I ordered size M, but the clothes were equivalent to a US size XS, a couple of them smelled like cigarette smoke. I returned 6 items, but was only refunded for 4 of them. I had requested replacements for the other two, but they charged me again when they sent me the replacements, but never refunded me for the original 2. It took me 2 months of angry e-mails, and only after I filed a claim with BBB and posted here that they finally gave me my refund. It's clear that this operation set up shop with absolutely no clue as how to run a business. NEVER again!
Before you start your online purchase, please do this: Make sure your contact address is 100% accurate. One tiny writing mistake can frustrate your shopping ambition. Fill in the order forms correctly. Check some search engines, like google, bing, etc to find out whether your address can be easily located or noticed by the SE. If your address cannot be found, alternatively use another address. Or possibly use a reliable friend address, this may also be helpful. Try it, and make a purchase, without a doubt, your order will arrive just within a couple of days. Thanks!
It took 2-4 business day to process my order and I payed extra for fast shipping so after that 2-3 days I received it so totall of 5-6 days I could say. I hope my answer helps you. Good luck
I never made it to purchasing anything as their service, in general was so horrible and I had read all the bad reviews about the company. I did read tons of customers' reviews complaining of the same thing as yourself... some waiting up to a month
About a week or so. I returned the item, but never received my refund. I filed a grievance claim for fraud with the US Attorney General's Office.
Depends on the product. It took 3-6 weeks I remembered. However the actual delivery shows on the page after you placing an order. This one particular order was taking 2months so I emailed them my concern right away. They explained me it's due to the Chinese holidays(factories close for 2wks/all workers take time off)and they asked me if I wish to cancel the order. With that reason, I was fine with it and decided to order. I experienced shipment delays with other on line purchases even with Amazon especially with free shipping. So be aware and if you're in rush, you need to give enough time.

I've ordered on multiple occassions the first order maybe 1 to 1 1/2 week and there was an item that wasn't available they told me right away and refunded me, the second order was delivered in about a week. I don't understand all the bad reviews as they actually give you an estimate on delivery and if you are not ok with that you can always cancel the order.

About 2 weeks. Didn't seem too crazy (sort of standard with international distributors), but from what I see here it sounds like I was lucky.
Due to Valentines Day, on the website they mentioned, that it would take longer, my package was not dispatched for two weeks. I contacted customer services and they apologized and send it express for no extra cost.And it was very nice of them.
I can vouch for Ryan D's timeline. I believe it took about a month. My boyfriend ordered it for me for the holidays & was Not happy when it arrived Mid-January.

I ordered on February 15 and received the package on February 25. I just ordered another few items on February 28. According to the tracking info, it arrived in Kentucky today. Still has to make it to New Mexico.

Placed my order on 2/9, order was not shipped until 2/16. Finally received my order after about 3 weeks. They said the delay was due to the holiday - I'm guessing they were talking about Valentine's Day? I would hate to see what delivery time would be at Christmas.
