I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

It seems like their clothes run small. I think all the models in the pictures are tiny so the photos don't give you the best idea of how the clothes will fit more average sized people. I ordered an oversized type sweater from them that I love but it was definitely smaller than I was expecting. Also when I ordered two different sizes of the same dress from them, the two dresses were significantly different in length and style even though they were supposedly the same dress. And the materials were different than what was listed in the site. Because of this I don't trust this site and won't order from them again. But maybe you will have better luck.

Clothes arrived quickly but sending back was a pain. Dress was very short and I'm a size 8. Think I ordered a large but honestly can't remember. It's been several months

If you are a size 14, these clothes will not fit you. My sister who is a size 14 just returned all her items.

I would recommend you NOT purchase from them. Their sizes are all over, and totally unrelaible. Absolutely do not pay attention to the sizes listed. You have to look at the measurements for each item. But even if you use the measurements they claim in each of the clothing pieces, it is totally hit or miss, and they seem to not know how to properly fit clothing like a good tailor does. For example a dress I got fit in the body, but the neck chokes me not becuase it is too tight, but because of poor design and incorrect body fitting. I love what I see on their website, so I ordered a bunch and was totally disappointed and had to return all (kept one, even though it doesn't fit well in the neck-haven't worn it though). Communicating with them was also the most painful and frustrating experience. They didn't return my money for weeks, and wouldn't answer my emails until I filed a complaint wiht BBB and told them I had done so. Suddenly the next day I got a response and my refund was issued. They shouldn't be in business.

All I can tell you is that my experience was great. If I were you, I'd measure myself carefully and compare my measurements to their size charts. As a 10 - 12, I was an XXL in this dress.

Clothes are sized and shaped for Chinese bodies, and their models are so thin than they look anorexic compared to American models (who are already thinner than most of us). I wear USA size 6 and ordered size Large for my somewhat hourglass shape with broad shoulders. I'd never attempt anything shaped or fitted from this company.

It really depends on the designer and style. Take your measurements and look at the fit guide for each item you are interested in. I am normally an 8. There are some items that simply won't work for me but there are others that work well. The sizing is not standardized. The clothes can be really great but, I agree, retuens can be a bit of a hassle, unless of course, you post a negative review here, so really pat attention to the size guide.

Clothes run really really really really really small and the lengths are very short... I am 5'4" and the dresses were like long tops or miniskirts... definitely not appropriate for the office... so returned and that process took 6 weeks and was a total nightmare.
