How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Summit Racing?

Compared to a lot of the other places I called Southwest, pertronix, and a handful of others, Summit performance parts was the only ones that answered and I was connected very short. Of time very happy with the phone option to speak to someone very knowledgeable as well.

Returns don't try If you have a return call for the order line

VERY DIFFICULT. On my last attempt I was on hold for 56 minutes before I gave up and hung up. It used to VERY easy, but something seriously wrong has happed to Summit's once stellar service.

Expect to be on hold for VERY long times, especially when trying to get help with an order already placed or trying to return something.

Very long wait time to speak to some one and they could not help me in any way after sending me parts that did not fit properly
