I called in for tech support as my computer couldn't perform properly. They had repaired my PC remotely and now it runs awesome. I found this product and their services well worth effective and reliable. Would recommend
I was very disappointed with the lack of new features and updates in this antivirus product. It is really outdated compared to other products on the market, and I didn't find any ability in it to protect my device.

I had used them before and had been satisfied - but that subscription had expired when I changed computers. I decided to put the program on my newer computer. I went to their website, clicked on the "One PC for One Year" link, paid, and downloaded the program. 30 days later I got billed AGAIN. When I wrote to their customer service, I was told that in small print, somewhere in the agreement, I agreed to a monthly charge. WHAT? It says one PC/one year... I thought that was pretty self explanatory. Luckily I used Paypal for my transaction. Paypal initiated a dispute. They refused to even reply to Paypal, and it had to be escalated further. I uninstalled all their software and cancelled their access to Paypal. This is a garbage company that barely does anything, anyway. Much more content with my other service.

SuperAntiSpyware is a reliable and effective solution for combating spyware and malware. I have been using their software for a while now, and it has consistently delivered excellent results. The website itself is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find the necessary information. The software's scanning capabilities are impressive, as it thoroughly searches and detects even the most hidden threats on my system. SuperAntiSpyware offers regular updates, ensuring that my computer is equipped with the latest protection against emerging malware. Additionally, their customer support is prompt and helpful, addressing any queries or concerns I've had. Overall, I highly recommend SuperAntiSpyware to anyone in need of a trustworthy and efficient tool to keep their digital environment secure.
I got the Microsoft Defender Security Center Scam, called support chat, and they said I needed to buy their upgraded premium software, that what I had only got rid of spyware. I said I had seen it quarantine or remove viruses, and I think they were trying to get more money out of me. I was able to go to task manager and end everything running and that worked. So I'll be looking for another antivirus software
The updating of definitions with the free version slows down appreciably forcing one to buy a subscription. Initially the updating process with the free version was slow but bearable, but then it slowed by 200%. Avast doesn't play these games and free or not--the free version of superantispyware is not worth waiting for the extremely slow and laborious updating process. Don't expect to stay with the free version, but expect to be forced to buy the subscription!
This product was a miracle worker for me. My computer was not working properly. I thought I had to replace it. But after using this product my computer was a less to work better than before. It seemed to be a new one. I would recommend this product to anyone

This is an excellent software program. In most cases, when my PC slows down. It's a malware, spyware, phishing problem etc. I run a "full scan" overnight and at least one "quick scan" during the day. Most always, if there's a slowdown on any of my PC's (I have three-2 desktops and one notebook). When I run Super Anti-Spyware "quick scan", it most always catches the culprit(s). When I return to whatever it is I'm doing. The PC then runs up to par. I highly recommend it.
I purchased SAS a few years back to use as a backup to my primary virus programme and didn't use it in a primary role. I would activate to do a second check after scanning with my primary programme. It would pick many ADWARE and it seemed odd at the time. Over the last two years, it has been turning itself on and causing problems with my primary programme. After over 12 months of frustrations I uninstalled it and let the 2018-19 renewal expired. But, when checking my personal bank account I have discovered that SAS had deducted a renewal charge that I didn't authorise. Be aware.
I use this program.
It's a really good piece of software for scanning you pc for adware and spyware. The free verison has regular updates as well.
You don't get 'shield' protection, you have to pay for that, but the free version is excellent, when you consider it's free.
I've been a subscriber for going on 15 years and never had an issue until 6 weeks ago when I had to do a recovery with my PC losing all apps, including SuperAntiSpyware. My annual term was about 6 months old so I went to my order and clicked on the download; "nothing". I tried it numerous times no dice. I messaged the firm with the issue of no response; I did this 5 times no response. I called their phone and they referred me to the download page which is for their free version or new ordering. The bottom line is they no longer are are a trustworth provideder and yet they advertice they are. "BEWARE"!

I purchased the Lifetime SAS in 2010 and with the new version they shut me down. I get that they need $$ as a business, but now they stopped responding to (ignoring) all of my correspondence as though I don't exist and if they ignore me I will go away. All SAS support should have done is tell me they no Ionger honor the Lifetime version and I would have been okay with that, but to ignore me is not right. I have permanently uninstalled SAS and it will now be just a memory. For those of you that are thinking about paying for the SAS Pro version, please think twice as there is better software out there (that have better protection) for about the same price. I now use the suite that starts with a big M.

If you are having trouble with spyware and adware (particularly AntiVir 2010 or it's variants) visit superantispyware.com and download their free version of SuperAntiSpyware, it is absolutley amazing! I use malwarebytes and found no infections but with superantispyware I found 149 infections and it got the AntiVir2010 which malwarebytes, spybot, and AVG didn't touch. I was happy it found the AntiVir2010(nasty adware), but was totally surprised by the other 148 items it found. It found trojans that the others absoultely missed. They have a version you can purchase that has a few extra bells and whistles but for the average user, the free version should suffice. The Wall Street Journal ranks the free version as the best out there and I agree after using it.
First providing false information then making empty promises and finally sending the customer on a wild goose chase. That's SuperAntiSpyware!

There are two main reasons SuperAntiSpyware is great. First of all, the free version is absolutely great and has everything you should need. There are premium versions which you can pay for which give you more features that you really don't need.
The other main reason (and the mainer of the two main reasons) is that SuperAntiSpyware simply finds more viruses, spyware, adware, and other problems on your computer than anything else I have used (including enterprise level anti spyware or antivirus software). Time and time again, SuperAntiSpyware will find and allow you to clean problems that other programs do not find. The one time that I got a computer virus infection problem my antivirus couldn't fix all the problems and my friend pointed me to SuperAntiSpyware and I'm so glad he did! From that day, I've had SuperAntiSpyware installed on my computers and use it regularly.
The program is easy to install and super easy to use. It is constantly updated with information about new threats so be sure to keep your updates constantly. Just doing it once a week before you do a weekly scan on your computer should suffice.
Personally, I think the best route to go is to use SuperAntiSpyware to scan your computer once a week and pair that with some free antivirus software to do real time protection (if you do not want to pay for the version of SuperAntiSpyware that offers real time computer threat protection). That should be able to handle most of the virus, spyware, and annoying popup problems you may encounter.
Installed last night, 12/08/10, it cleaned my computer in about an hour, works soooo much better, thank you, thank you, thank you!
Generally am satisfied with antispyware. Speeds up computer programs and most importantly able to protect you from phishing.
While it says "removes spyware not just the easy ones". I've run it 5 times and while it found:
Adware. Tracking Cookie
cdn-ssl.vidible.tv [ C:\WINDOWS\SYSWOW64\CONFIG\SYSTEMPROFILE\APPDATA\ROAMING\MACROMEDIA\FLASH PLAYER\#SHAREDOBJECTS\UPNCPL9R]
It can't remove it. Contacting Aol just sends gets you a referal to their pay for assistance program. Instead you should be able to report the problem for free so they can fix it in their next update but that isn't possible.
