Clearly it's a scam. They refuse to give me any information on my order that should have arrived 3 days ago.

Definitely a legit company, the previous management would take forever to send the packages and you'd have to try and call but rarely made it through to anyone.

However the new management is amazing my first order since the new guys/gals and they're very fast, caring, sense of humor, and helpful.
