You can but you have to do it through your bank or credit card company. I did it today through my bank and kept my correspondence with Maggie and Roger about lying to me on delivery. I suggest you not order from them but it is your decision.

You are not going to get it on time. I did not get mine on time for my daughter's 12th grade prom. They are a scam and liars... they claim to be Jollybelle but they send out your product under SuZhoudress. If you cannot keep a name that tells me something is wrong. Call your bank or credit card company and do a reverse charge. Keep all of your correspondence from them to send to your bank. My bank has already refunded my money back into my account. Do it now because you are not going to get this dress on time.
