That is correct. You can return items that do not fit as long as you request the return within 30 days. We will send you a pre-paid UPS shipping label to send back your return free of charge. Once the return is received, we will refund your card within five (5) business days.

Yes, you can return items that do not fit and a get a 100% refund... I did this and while it seemed to take awhile to credit to my account, it did eventually happen. I always shipped the items back with a box of my items to be sold, so I don't know about paying for shipping.
I don't know. Everything I have gotten has fit and is a good fit for my granddaughter.
I do not know about return shipping costs, as I have not had to return anything. Sorry.
