Hi, I returned two orders, paid for shipping and expected to get a credit on my credit card. I received two email with ecards. What can be done?

Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!
