It does have "real" products and thus a legit company. But it has very bad business practices which make it impossible to get your money back.

Based on my two experiences with SysTools "scam" fits better than legit.

TOTAL SCAM!
Their website clearly states they can fix ANYTHING! After purchasing the PPT Recovery software, it never worked! Over the course of about three weeks, I sent THEM 3 PPTs I had trouble with, and THEY could not repair them! (Images did not load.) Once, they even claimed one "was successfully repaired"! Could not get a refund - even within their guaranteed 30 days. I don't know who's writing their positive reviews, but it is NOT the real consumers! BUYER BEWARE.
