EDB Converter opened the EDB file but the search feature would not work. Multiple requirements are not listed in their documentation. After several weeks of troubleshooting I requested a refund. They refused to acknowledge the refund request, instead continued to ask the same questions over and over. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Tried to migrate user's google drive content but after so many errors and contact with their support, we were unable to get it working properly.

We got it to copy the files over but the rights on the files remained under the old accounts. So when they tried to open, it gave them the error saying they need permission from the previous owner to access.

Took all weekend and we scrapped the tool and did it manually. Contacted their sales team for a refund and after multiple emails, not a single reply to any of them and thats been over a month now. 30 day money back & their tool is a scam as far as i can see.

All of the tools listed on their web site have "Download Now" buttons on them. When you click it, it just pops up a box asking for e-mail address to request a quote. No demo, No download, nothing. 3 days later, they STILL haven't responded to my "download now" request. Also, no prices listed on the product page, and no way to buy some of them (like OAB Converter). Just a bunch of clueless crap that's obviously half-baked. I have serious doubts their software works any better than their web site. Maybe they're allergic to money - who knows?

This software does not work.
I figured it out too late but its actually a scam.
Oh well im down $30

Just look at their refund policy please.
They wont give you a refund until a PHYSICAL inspection of your machine is done! As in logging into your machine etc.
AND when you contact the support team you get no response.
So you're stuck with troubleshooting but youll never actually hear back.

I feel i dont really need to explain myself.
Just look at the refund policy for systools.

If you still want to buy it after reading - go ahead.

They verified to me on their Live Chat that their product did one thing, which is a pretty basic feature: delta migrations for Office365-to-Office365 migration. The software doesn't do this as a normal person would expect, it only does it based on date range (high probability of duplicates). Immediately asked for a refund the same day. Support/Sales team only says "it doesn't mention delta migrations on the website, so no refund".

The software is awful, doesn't work like it should, and then their support is bottom of the barrel.

Spend more money, and go with something else. This was one of the worst customer experiences I've had in 15+ years in IT.

Seriously read the terms & conditions of their supposed 30 day money back refund policy. They're unlike any other company I've ever dealt with the terms are so onerous to jump through to make it impossible to get your money back. They hide details of their crappy limited products in side notes. Their UI is terrible and the products appear to install spamware as well.

This company based out of India (I'm from the same country too although located in the U.S.) did not honor their 30-day money back guarantee on their Gmail Backup product even though the product was unable to backup all the emails.

I spent close to 5 hours with their L1 and L2 technicians with screen-sharing using Teamviewer but they could not fix the problem. We tried backup 3 times but their product would crash each time.

Then they wanted to continue to debug their software on my time on the 4th day, when I said I need a refund and could not waste more time. Then, they completely stopped replying to my emails and never gave the refund.

Prior to this product, I had MBOX convertor but that too didn't work. When I exchanged this with the Gmail Backup, they would not refund the $10 difference.

The owner(s) of this company are greedy and cheats.

Partially working products, company doesn't honor 30-day money back

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy any product from this company since it is clear that they want to mislead people into buying and then not refund. They will not refund your money EVEN if the product doesn't work.

I am so disappointed with the decision not to refund my money after I explained that the product did not work satisfactory for my current needs. The website was advertising money-back guarantee within 30 days, which I followed but then I was told that I should have demo-ed the product first. When I made a second attempt on 12/16/2023 to get my money back, I explained that I was writing an unsatisfactory review. Customer Service asked if they could close the chat and forward it to the sales Teams via email. I agreed. Since then, no one has offered a refund, given me a refund or been in touch. In all fairness, I should have read all the reviews before purchasing but the information appeared to be a product that would take care of my needs. In the end, it did not. I would recommend that a potential buyer be certain about the purchase OR be willing to lose their money if it doesn't work. Buyer beware: there is no 30-day money back guarantee. And BTW, though the form is offered to leave a Customer Review it is not accepted...cannot submit.

Tip for consumers:
I should have read the reviews BEFORE I signed on.

After getting stuck with a PST file password, I used the chat function and got in contact with RobLee.
Quickly discovered that the PST was corrupt. I was glad to have specialist holding my hand (and computer) to solve this problem. I thought I lost all of my information, but RobLee was able to recover all. Many many thanks. Very professional.

I have been using this tool since 2017 and works like magic, it helps you convert and organize your unarranged contacts email and phone numbers from different unfriendly file formats for your mobile and mailbox use. If you are in active business, managing data files and have not use this tool you're missing a lot. Try it and save many time.

I purchased the SysTools product. The "trial" version did not show my files that I needed to recover, but I thought that the pay version might. It had a 30 day guarantee, so I thought why not. Well, when the files did not show, I asked for a refund. It was rejected. So, in my view, their integrity, product and customer service are crap. Wil never recommend this product.

Don't buy it. They will not refund.

Software does not work as promised. They can convert emails but you loose all the structure. Called support they hung up twice on me. I asked why does it not show on the site the limitations of the software? Answer: Sorry Sir, this is how it work. Bye...

Don't bother with India support they have no respect and customer service.

Advised straight away that I wanted a refund to which they said they wanted access to the clients server to resolve. No way that was going to happen.

They then advised that I did not meet the their refund policy even though I requested a refund within 4 hours of purchasing the product.

Stay clear of this company and their products. They do not work and I wonder if the company is legit also.

I had some technical issues with my Zoho mail account. So, to take the backup of this account I used SysTools Zoho Backup Tool. I am really satisfied and happy with the results it provided. Also, I found some great and unique features in this tool like:

1. Supports PST, MSG, EML, & MBOX file formats.
2. Simple and easy user interface.
3. Delete after download option

Their software was unable to recover the contents of my word document. They then tried to recover the information themselves and were unable to do so. They then refused to refund my purchase even though I was well within the 30 day refund policy.

The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is worthless.

We got a license for SysTools Exchange Export and let me tell you, the software didn't work and the company is NOT standing behind the money-back policy.
They wanted us to troubleshoot the issues with their software and spend hours even after the project was done(manually). Not a good copmany to deal with.

I bought their Vcard import/export to transfer contacts between Windows Live Mail to Outlook 2016. It never worked, it transferred the contact in a format that couldn't be used by Outlook.
Spent ages trying to resolve it, basically I was doing all the testing for their support, that didn't help and was made to be their QA for free.
They have never managed to resolve the problem but refused to refund me. After many hours of disappointment I bought OutlookTransfer which is a competitor product and all was good after 5 minutes.
Don't waste your time with this horrible company.

In August I bought the SYS Tools combo of software and the PDF Unlocker works great, but I have replaced my old laptop with a new one and the activation code will not work, and their support never answers my messages and they do not seem to have online support. I am not sure how to rate them; the software worked great, but their support stinks. I'll give them a 3.

I purchased SQLite database repair and the product wasn't working. The software had a problem and I was unable to save the file in the format I wanted. After reaching the support, they fixed the problem but the results were very poor. I had to pay for another tool that gave me a better result and they refused to issue a refund. I offered to help sharing the results I had with another tool, but conditioned to receive a refund for my purchase and they don't agree with that. They want me to help without sending a refund. Paypal also denied the claim because they can't verify the results. I will take the loss, but I will tell everyone they don't have intentions to make a good product, only take your money.
