I ordered a sweatshirt from Teespring and the one I got had what was clearly a misprint. The print was fuzzy and looked double-printed: not at all what was advertised. I requested a refund and didn't get a response for 7 business days. Finally, they said I could get a refund, so I confirmed that I wanted one. At the time of this writing, 19 business days since I sent that confirmation, I still haven't received a refund. This is among the worst experiences I've ever had with an online merchant. Stay away. They're basically con artists stealing your money. I lost over 40 bucks for nothing.

I have made designs about Mexican culture. And nothing on the designs have been copyrighted. However, every single time I make the design and launch the listing within 1/2 an hour, my listing is removed. It makes me wonder if Teespring has something against Mexico or Mexicans... food for thought. I'm currently looking for another site that doesn't have these biases

This company is a terrible company. I designed this for the loss of my brother and my sister in law got this version instead. Left is what I designed and right is what she got, remind you I lost my brother in a mass shooting. This was made in memory of him. How as a printing technician are you going to print the WRONG design and then say " eh, that's good enough" You had ONE JOB! She ordered five garments and ALL of them came out different. When my BF called, he basically was told to bleeping bad. What good customer service. ZERO STARS, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ordered a Hocking Hills T Shirt off their Spring website and they couldn't print it right 3 times. They are beyond incompetent. Then, even though the issue was never resolved, they just decided to ignore my further request for help. Avoid at all costs.

So I ordered two tee shirts and a sticker from Teespring, now Amaze, on March 10 with delivery date between March 23-27, but was over billed from my bank right away. Never received confirmation email. Luckily I took screen shot of order showing these 3 items. Sent email to customer service asking how to track order and got automated reply giving no information to track. Sent several more emails with no response. Package arrived April 4, with FOUR tee shirts and NO sticker! I'm not even going to bother trying to send the two extra shirts back to receive credit. With such lousy customer service, I see no point. These shirts definitely don't run slim as advertised either. First time in my life I've taken time to write a bad review but owe it to others using their site. The total billed to me doesn't even match cost and shipping of four shirts either. Doesn't anyone take pride in their jobs or care anymore?

I don't understand how tee spring can be rated so high. They are just awful. Then next time you see them in a Facebook add read the comments. None of them are good. If you spend a long time building a brand the last thing you want is Teespring single handedly ruining it for you with shoddy merchandise and poor customer service. I got a sample thank God, before going live with them on a big scale. One wash was all it took to have peeling everywhere on my logo T shirt. I just imagined how a customer would feel. I contacted Tee spring about the issue and they have yet to get back to me. You need to email. There is no phone number. So more fun for your former fans who have ordered something. Learn from me or pay the consequences.

Ordered a single item 2/27/23 and was to be delivered by 3/23/23 at the latest. It's now 4/4/23 and they have no responded to my emails nor is there any way to reach them. Order has been listed as "in production" since 2/27/23.

Buyer beware. If ur thinking of ordering from this company DON'T! I ordered 3 items from them. I received 2 tshirts (cheaply made). The sweatshirt never arrived. First I as told to contact shipper after that they said to wait 2 more days & they would refund my purchase. Now they're saying to wait 12 more days before they can refund. Order is already a week late & shipper can't find package. They don't care about customer satisfaction just making money by offering product then not delivering. Once I either get my sweatshirt or refund I WON'T be ordering from them again.

After one purchase was made from one of my fans they cancelled his order after more than a month, once I tried to contact them to question about what happened they closed my account permanently without any further notice and refused to return my fund!

The way they deal with creators are horrible pulse stealing our money and closing accounts.
I would never advise any artist or creator to invest time in creating an account there

If it’s my customer why would my account be affected?
It takes them 10 days to transfer a fund yet they closed it before that period of time passes it’s well played they are thieves

Purchased what I thought were stickers, and from the cost I assumed they would be of high quality. Shipping took over 2 weeks. What I got had no adhesive properties at all. After contacting customer support they resent my order of which I attempted to make sure I would be getting actual "stickers". After about 3 weeks I received the exact same non-adhesive "sticker". Since then I have been trying to reach support to return items for a refund. The only response I have gotten was when I go through a support link on website, i get the automatic reply that a representative will be getting back to me in 24 business hours which was a week ago. I will be contacting my credit company and filing a complaint with the FTC.

As a marine combat veteran I ordered the USS O'Brien DD-975 T-shirt. I ordered two. When they arrived I immediately noticed the word destroyer was missing the letter S. I emailed the help line. I was advised that I could get store credit. I asked for a name and number so I could call. I mentioned my concern that the shirts should not be sold with the error to veterans. I was told it was out of their control but that they agreed to refund my $49. I cannot believe they're still selling this shirt and that the designers are not correcting the spelling errors. Unbelievable. I'll never use this shady business again. No contact numbers. No integrity.

Although the shirt I ordered looked great, it was very cheaply made. The first time my wife put it on the sleeve basically just came unraveled! I bought it for her as a present to wear on St. Patrick's Day but because returning it would not get me a replacement back in time for SPD, I just had to sew it up myself! I paid $30 for a shirt that was worth about $5. Total crap and I wont ever buy anything from here again!

I ordered 2 Lucas the Spiders and guaranteed delivery end of October/ early November to Australia. They are for 2 special needs children for Christmas. I have contacted Customer service 5 times with no response. It has totally ruined Christmas for these kids now. I hope they are happy NOT. It has also cost me over $70 which is a HUGE amount for my family. Absolutely disgusted.

I'm writing this review as a consumer. I purchased a tank top with a design from one of my friends. It was very soft and the fit was great but after just two washes, the entire shirt is covered in pills and the screen printing is cracked and faded. The entire shirt looks like it is at least 10 years old after just two washes in cold water. The prices are very expensive for such poor quality shirts. I reached out to customer service and told them how terrible the shirt looked but never heard back from them. I will never purchase from Teespring again.

I purchased several samples and most items the screen print cracked apart after a single wash, worsening very quickly. I've tried multiple times to reach a human to obtain a refund and now my order is erased from my account on the website so I cannot produce the item list/proof of purchase so I screen shot the order number I had included in an email. I am very disappointed in the quality of product and customer service of this company. Would not recommend

I Purchased this shirt and after one wash, the printing was virtually gone. I have tried to contact them with their form, but all I got was radio silence. Really disappointed. I will likely avoid these guys in the future.

I ordered two T-shirts well over a month ago. I received one but not the other. I have sent multiple emails and tried to connect to somebody via chat but it's constantly unavailable and I get error message. At this point the time has come and gone for me to need that T-shirt. I would like a refund but I cannot get a hold of anybody. Seriously disappointed.

I ordered 4 shirts for my husband and brother for Christmas. One was cancelled by the company because there weren't enough orders to print it - so I only got 3 of the 4 I wanted. It took FOREVER to receive them. One was good, one was okay, and the third was total crap. The printing was extremely blurry and looked awful. I contact them, initiated a case, sent photos repeatedly, and NO RESOLUTION.
- T-shirt quality as low as possible, super thin fabric, very few threads, bad print that looks like it was washed 20 times already, fabric smells like cheap, chemical color
- packaging was real bad, shirts arrived completely crumpled
- package not properly declared, stuck in customs for about a month
- completely ridiculous shipping costs ($20 to Europe)
Stay away from this site, there's others out there, which provider a much better service and quality. My experience with e.g. JINX or Qwertee was a lot more satisfying.

The service from the Teespring agents is excellent and quick. Any queries I've had with any of my orders were addressed timeously.
The international shipment options however are extremely limited. There should be a DHL or similar shipping option to allow tracking in country as well. Some of my orders have taken over 4 months to deliver and I still haven't received them.

Just want to point out how helpful and reliable their customer service actually is. My ordered item didn't arrive at the scheduled time and didn't have the tracking number since the order was made in EU, but still, I was offered a full refund or re-print. Fortunately, it arrived two days later filed a complaint.
